I'm irritated now with this business. I come to get my truck washed on a regular basis and appreciate the hard work the guys are doing scrubbing down as a pre wash but to spend money and only get half the car washed with the rotary brushes because one side doesn't work is poor business. It's been like this for a couple of weeks. Management apparently is aware so they have the guys manually wash. They are already doing that but it's principal to take money with only half the machines working. I went inside to inquire and all they responded was management knows and is aware. Not anymore - at least for me. Let me preface this by saying the wash itself is usually great - probably one of the better in the area. Plus, self service vacuum stations to use after is a huge plus. But... My opinion of the business that runs the car wash has now changed and sadly, I won't be returning. They advertise that if you purchase their $18 wash, and bring your receipt with you within 10 days, you'll get $10 off the purchase of another $18 wash. Well, I tried doing that today - in the store with receipt in hand from the gas pumps (which is usually how I purchase a car wash at the same time I get gas). Every time I've tried doing this in the past, it's been no problem, they've honored the discount, and I've been on my way. Today however, the two young ladies in the store behind the counter must have been having a bad day or something - wouldn't honor the discount, citing that I needed a receipt from the machine you type the code into at the wash itself (what? Why?) I never have done that before and why would I have to have another receipt when I've already got the original receipt from the pump indicating I paid for the wash at the same time I purchased gas? One of the young ladies was getting rude indicating that I could come back tomorrow and speak with the manager but I wasn't going to get any discounts today. I told her I didn't understand the difference between the receipt in my hand and a receipt that comes out of the machine from the car wash - but, alas, nothing. So, so long Jolly Washers. A simple lesson in customer service goes a long way. There are many gas stations in this area that have car washes, and I didn't need any attitude tied into the mix today and I still do not understand what the difference is between a receipt from your gas pumps vs the machine at the car wash, but the girls behind the counter - and this new policy have lost you a customer. The car wash was really the only reason I went to this particular gas station, your gas prices are super high compared to other stations in the area and you did give a $.10 discount with a car wash purchase but yes, I don't need attitude from the counter staff. As far as convenience goes, this service is quick and easy. It's a step up from the typical drive thru car wash stations. You select your wash and an attendant is usually present, ready to guide you on to the wash track. The person will usually greet you, walk you through the process ( car in neutral, foot off the pedals etc) and will usually make his way around the car to hand wash lights, tires and any grime he knows will not be removed from the auto washer. Once you go through the washer process, you are welcome to drive around the corner to use the vacuums that are included in the price of your wash. No time limit so you can get all the nooks and crannies nice and clean. Another interesting feature, is the unlimited monthly wash package, so if you are a clean freak and like to save money but keep the car sparkling clean this may be appealing. Like I said, its a step up from the standard drive thru wash so don't expect perfection as there is no one there to clean the interior but for half the price and for not having to wait at the fancy car wash I say go for it. read more

I am not in a place to clean my car at home, so I love that this place exists. I'm not a big fan of cleaning my car, so any service that is friendly, affordable, and gets the job done is a win-win in my book. I've been a couple times. I have tried the deluxe and the premium to see the difference between the two service options. I think I'll stick with the deluxe. At the moment it is $8.99 compared to the $13.99 for the premium. The only difference the premium includes either a dash wipe or a towel to dry off the outside of the car after it goes through the wash. I opted for the dash wipe. It was a single wipe in a sealed package, while it did the trick, it wasn't enough of an upgrade to constitute the $5 above the deluxe wash which includes all the other services such as the guys scrubbing away before the car goes through the automatic washer and the free vacuums. I love that the place offers free vacuums once your car is clean on the outside. You can use them as long as you need there are about 6 vacuum spots to take care of business. If you want to go all out on detailing the car there is a vending machine with supplies to clean your car to your hearts content. Don't forget cash for a tip but the machine takes cards to pay for the wash. I know the guys appreciate the tip and their service with a smile deserves a few bucks. read more

Best place for quick car wash $ Okay, I know we're in a drought, but the last time I washed my car was about 5 months ago. I used to go to Rain Tree in Petaluma, but it's kind of far going all the way over there and spending $15 to $20 on a wash and clean. If only I had a driveway to clean and fix my car myself... one day, when I'm done renting apartments. This is an excellent place!!!! I'm so glad I discovered it recently. I did a quick basic wash for $6. Where else can you find a car wash for this price?! If you need to vacuum the inside of your car, you're in luck. There's several spots available right before you enter the wash line. Vacuuming your car is F-R-E-E. I think that's a great option because you can spend as much time as you need to clean your own car. Pretty convenient little spot on the Northwest side of Santa Rosa. You get 1/2 the price of a pricey car wash when you get to do some labor yourself which isn't so bad considering you get to vacuum the inside yourself for an unlimited time. We can all help out with cleaning our cars, right? lol Your cars are ran through a car wash while 2 people assist at scrubbing it down, but if you have low profile tire and rims I wouldn't suggest it as it has tire guard rail you have to line up with. Met one of the owners\manager Antonio who explained how much they invested in the equipment to insure the highest quality of washes. The $30 wash club is a great concept The management and staff is awful I called early February, after showing up during "operating hours" 3 times only to discover they were closed, spoke to the manager and asked to cancel my membership effective March 1. He advised me it's like a gym membership and I can't just deactivate when I don't want to use it. I told him I was aware and incredibly unhappy with the service. He told me I have to provide in writing 10 days in advance. I told him I want nothing to do with his staff because of previous negative encounters and to cancel my membership effective March 1. Today is February 22. I came to get a car wash and was told (after 10 min of waiting) that I didn't have access because my account was cancelled. I demanded (yes, I was unhappy and rude) to speak to the manager. He finally came out and told me that I told him to cancel it that day. Which I didn't. I asked / told him to reactivate through this month, as I've paid for it, or refund me. He continued to tell me I was wrong and that he'd "let me get a car wash". I love this car wash. I get the $9 clean and wash and then just vacuum it myself with the free vacuums they provide. Occasionally the machine might miss a spot, but if something is particularly dirty, just let one of the guys hosing of your car know about it and they'll pay special attention to it. They also have these 5 washes for $25 dollar deals (again the basic exterior car wash) which is pretty awesome. Nowhere in the East Bay or South Bay can you get a car wash under $12 so I really appreciate it. (Don't forget to tip the guys!) This car wash is terrible and almost tore off my antenna. It also left water all over my 2012 Ford Escape 4x4. A piece of the red material that spins and cleans your vehicle once inside wash area got caught in the crack of my passenger side fender and ripped off leaving a large piece of it stuck in my fender. The vacuums are terrible and have low pressure. I will never go back to this place again, lesson learned... If you don't know about this place then you are missing out. Especially their wash deal. I have a car that I use for business and it gets driven a lot and gets dirty. It's important to keep it clean, and in this drought, you don't want to have the neighbors catch you washing it in your driveway. Well this used to be one of the worst car-washes, I used to think they were trying to wet sand my car, it sounded like people were beating your car with rubber hoses when you drove through. About a year ago they re-did the whole thing, now it's become one of my favorites. First off they have three different options depending on your price point. The top of the line is $12 something, and they hand wash your car first, before you go in. With the premium you get the choice of a towel to dry off any excess water, or a dash wipe, plus several paint protectors and you get the cool LED lights that go on when you are driving through the wash. They really do a thorough job before it even enters the car wash part; wiping the tires, getting the bugs off, scrubbing it down. I have found the attendants to be very friendly and courteous as well. The other great thing is that they have free vacuums for customers to use. Then there is their club pricing. This is the best deal in town as far as I know. You pay $24 a month. You get a RDIF tag on your window (this is only good for one individual vehicle) and you can get the premium wash as many times a month as you need. Now when I have my car get dusty, or if I parked under a tree, I don't sweat, I just go back and get another wash. Now I probably get the car washed once a week, but for only the price of two premium washes. I'm going to sign up for my wife as well as she has a new SUV and always wants it clean. You have no idea when you come in if they'll actually have any ready or not. Total crapshoot. Like this car wash a lot. Way prefer This over Splash Express. Hand wash to start the wash and typically after the cycle the car is pretty thoroughly clean. Free vacuums really make this car wash. I would give this 5 stars but I do wish it was a few bucks cheaper for a premium wash. I know they used to sell months washes for 30 bucks or so. If that was still 25 I would consider buying it. All in all it's a great place to get a car wash and it usually not too busy so that's a bonus. read more

This place is horrible! They ripped the antenna off my husband truck when scrubbing the car down before going thru the wash. The worker gave my husband a business card that was supposed to be the owner and said they would reimburse for the repairs. My husband asked for the workers name and a written statement of what happened and the worker refused. We have called the owner 3x with no response. No one should go to this car wash. I did the basic wash for $8.00. They scrub your car before entering the conveyor belt. My 4 runner with 18" wheels seemed to big for this location . I feel it's designed for small to medium cars. I was never on the pulley system right. The guy was asking if I'm on my brake or not in neutral. I followed direction. read more
