She should've came outside to wipe them all down. Unsure if this is her first job or if she wanted to be elsewhere. However, improvement on customer service is needed when the fellas are not working. The food was good as always. Have yet to have a complaint about that. Best turkey burgers outside of my house.

Today I looked at some reviews and a Yelper noted that he would challenge anyone to try the chili and to disagree that this chili was one of the best ones around. Well, I accepted the challenge and ordered a chilli burger, in case the chilli sucked, I could always just eat the burger. However, the chilli is very tasty and not oily as some other places I have tried. I concur with the other Yelper and would say that this is one of the best chilli I've had in a long, long, long time. The location is nothing to write about but you can always close your eyes when ordering and they will be open once you take a bite, at least of these three items I reviewed. Service was friendly, but as others have suggested, call your order in advance. You might encounter a long wait when you show up and get in line to order at the window. I will continue to frequent this location and will try a hot dog or chili dog next time.

On my last visit Alberto- one of its workers- delivered more than, maybe, I deserved. I needed to use the bathroom, I needed to eat- I was in starvation central- and I was, in general, in a rush. In my mind every second mattered. Any delay to my day's agenda was like a dagger to my productivity. I am sure most people have experienced this feeling--- the feeling of urgency that is only reduced when the world and all its people and varied moving components unify to support what one wants. But rarely does the globe begin working like clockwork for just one person, especially when that person is in a self-prescribed time crunch. But on this day Alberto and the other workers of Charki's kind-of unified for little ol' me. I got there three minutes early. They open at 11:00 a.m. and I got there at 10:57 a.m. I have been in these situations before, a place does not open till they should. so I knew I had to wait, regardless of my needs and urgencies. Plus, they might have felt that those three minutes mattered them, not only per set opening time, but those minutes might have provided them the time needed to get their frying oil to the correct temperature. Or those three minutes would have gotten their own mind ready for the day, or they just didn't feel like opening minutes early, which is valid. Case in point, someone can wake up three minutes before their alarm rings or they can decide to stay in bed for an additional three minutes because those three extra minutes under the covers are more than great, they are treasured ticks belonging to me and no on else. On this day, instead of owning their three minutes and keeping me waiting, Alberto opened early. I know I did not get early access to Bergdorfs on Black Friday, but someone someone gave up three minutes that were theirs and that feels like a gum drop sea parted when I wanted no sweets, only carrot sticks. I made a beeline for the bathroom. I was given a key attached to a ladle that looked line one of those backscratchers. Before I entered I ordered their teriyaki plate. I came out, my food was ready soon, and I could continue completing tasks as I ate. The plate was well composed, a nice bulging green salad, Salmon teriyaki that did not taste coastal fresh but for the price point held its own just fine, and two nice and big scoops of sticky white rice. The food is solid, plentiful, and easy to enjoy. As I left, I realized I left the key inside the bathroom and now it was locked. I apologized to another staff member and instead of giving me a grimace or a sigh, I was just told don't worry. I am not sure how they fixed my faux pa, they could had a spare, I know they did not call a locksmith, but I appreciated that I was not made to feel bad over my error caused by my rush. The experienced felt like a ballet company was moving to support my day's agenda, when ticks mattered most. And like I said above, that feeling is just great!

Got the chicken plate. Didn't realize it didn't come eye veggies so might get the chicken veggie…read moreplate next time. Food was cooked well and didn't take long. I asked for extra sauce and the lady there was really nice asking if I wanted the sauce in the chicken, rice or on the side. I think if the food was reheated it may become too dry. Otherwise, Awesome service. Good food. Will come back again. Service 5. Food 4. Overall 4.5.
