When we confronted the company, the item was returned, but no meaningful action or accountability followed. On multiple appointments, teams arrived and claimed "nothing needed to be cleaned" and attempted to leave without performing services. It became clear that the company did not take our concerns seriously or care about maintaining professional standards.
