I'm not sure if there's a Yelp for his contracting business, because I can't find one, so here's a review on the services I had done this past Spring. I needed a 30-40 ft. tree cut down, the main water stop valve replaced and moved, and my driveway expanded. This business has excellent customer service and communication. If you've called any kind of general contractors, plumbers, electricians, tree trimmers, handyman, or any person offering home repair service up the mountain you know it's so hard to get anyone to pick up the phone, let alone return a call. Steve's people are on it. Julie, his main receptionist, picked up my calls just about every time, if not, she was really timely in calling me back. Julie was great to work with and was definitely knowledgeable about the business. I had multiple questions about the work I was wanting done, and she was happy to personally stop by my cabin to thoroughly go over everything. I never felt rushed or stupid, and she made me feel confident in my decisions. She seemed to even be on the same page for what I was envisioning. :) I got the project scheduled quickly and within a couple weeks a had tons of firewood ready to dry out in my backyard and a new two-car driveway. His staff did a phenomenal job from start to finish and even made a rock perimeter with extra river rock at no additional cost!
