My first time here, the card loader machine was finicky and would only let me add $5 at a time to the card, but one load ended up being $3 something, so that wasn't really an issue. I'm impressed by how clean the machines seem to be. I used a machine this time that last time I saw a woman soaking something in. (Not sure what she was doing but the water was dark grey) I was a little hesitant but the machine actually looked quite clean. The employees I've interacted with are always pleasant. There is a dedicated attendant team cleaning, checking on patrons and at the service desk. All staff I interacted with on drop off were friendly, patient and helpful. The clothes are clean, soft, nicely-scented and are well-folded. The context: I am so grateful for the service provided by this team. I have never used fluff and fold services, and I struggle with social anxiety. So trying a new service at a new venue was already nerve wracking for me. On top of that, I have lost my aunt to cancer and granny to stroke within the last six months. This weekend we had to care for my uncle in the Bay Area who had a cerebral hemorrhage and they gave him 4 weeks left to live. Needless to say, I was in dire need of help and Laundry Guys came through. The female attendant at 10pm on 6/23/2026 was so kind and warm. She patiently explained all my options, the process and costs. I felt confident leaving this task in her hands. And the price was very fair for the volume! When I got home and unpacked the clean clothes, I felt a weight lift off. The clothes were given a second life, and softer and well-scented more than I could have imagined! As a dog owner, I chalked it up to having a busy pet life. But apparently, I should leave it to the experts! The clothes were folded as I would have, so I was able to quickly slip my clothes into the drawers. I appreciate the pre-hung clothes as well. This service quality is deserving of the price. I will gladly use their services again. I will make sure to update this review as I have more experience with this vendor.

The place looks very clean and they have a lot of washer from small to extra large loads. The cheapest wash using the small white washers is $1.75. And they have washers that could wash up to 6 loads for $6. Dryers are $.25/8 mins. They have folding tables on the side next to dryers and all the way to the back close to where the coin changer is. You can also buy detergent and fabric softener in the vending machine. There's a waiting area for you to sit down and relax while waiting for your laundry to be done. There's a nice old Korean guy here, I just don't know if he's the attendant or the owner. Saw him wiping the washers.
