I know it was a big, disgusting job, but we got no complaints and the job was done well. The other car had a grinding noise that we feared was transmission related, and they quickly diagnosed the problem, called with the estimate, and fixed the problem. When I came to pick it up, Ozzie had me drive around the block to make sure they had solved the problem we were concerned about. I appreciate their integrity here, which can sometimes be hard to find. I'm not sure how the cost lines up with other shops, but it seems very reasonable. They like to make sure you only have to bring in your car once for any given issue, because they fix it right the first time. That's worth a lot in my book.
