    Gel Polish fell off
    Keirina C.

3 days after a gel manicure - they just fell off my left hand, not peeling just came off in the shower and the nail bed was smooth - no trace of polish. The right thumb lifted the then fell off a few hours later Possibly the worst gel manicure I've ever had - I will be canceling my next appointment

Poor experience for a toe polish change. I did not have an appt and they were able to fit me right in. I was greeted and asked to wash my hands. From there the customer experience went down hill. Two employees were in the pedicure chairs talking and eating while using the massage chairs. One of them told me where to sit. I waited around 5 mins and was never greeted by the woman who did my toe polish. Service was okay but not great. I will not be returning.

Danny did an awesome job! I've tried maybe four or five different nail salons in the area since moving here and this was by far the best - I will definitely be back! They got me in last minute, and when I showed up on a Wednesday at 2 o'clock they were packed which was definitely a good sign! Acrylic refill was $35 and took about 45 minutes!

    Dip and design

Love getting my gel/dip and acrylic tips on here!! Good place to go for the cost and qualityp

Just one of the lumpy nails.

I'd been here years ago when living in the area and decided to try them again because I want to find a place in route from work to home. I arrived about 6:15 and was immediately seated and my nails wrapped to remove my existing dip. I picked two dip colors and asked the technician her opinion on the colors. She recommended one color over the other bc she said the color would be more pigmented. My when I arrived were oval shaped. After removing my old dip she asked if I wanted my nails cut down I said yes, but keeping the shape. She cut the down but the were much rounder. After she'd shaped the all I pointed out that some fingers were shaped very different from the same finger on the opposite hand. She fixed two and said she would have to shape them more later (I'm used to that so I left it alone). After she finished the dip process and a very light final shape I told her they were too round, I wanted the oval and she had said before she would shape them more. She shaped them more but they never became oval and I knew I was asking for more than she was capable of. She then took out the UV light. I asked why bc at the salons I've visited dip nails don't require a gel top coat. She said there was something wrong with their SNS top coat and it wasn't shiny so they are using gel until they replace it. I told her I wish I would have know that before bc I don't like the UV light. She continued and I was stuck bc she was already starting the gel. My pinky nail was a lighter color on the end. She fixed it by putting on another coat of dip, but now it's thick looking. An added issue is that the gel has air bump and isn't smooth. I told her I wasn't happy with the service and she acting like she couldn't hear me. I paid and left. I decided once I got to my car that I wanted to talk to someone else. I went back in and spoke to the male owner. He was dismissive of my concerns. He told me most places put gel on dip, ran his finger over the lumpy gel and told me he didn't feel anything and he tried to get me to have another customer rub my nails to see if there were lumps. I told him I would not ask or allow a customer touch my nails. He told me the 2 hours it took for me to get a polish change on my toes and a dip/gel manicure was part of why I should not be complaining. They took there time. They wasted my time. Don't let them waste yours.

$35 mani/pedi - I think the price is fair for the services provided. The one thing I didn't like is that they have a different person do each service, which in my opinion, is a cop-out for bigger tips. Otherwise, the salon & employees were nice. Nothing to rave about, but a solid, quick service.

I have been trying different nail techs so I can find one I love and can stick with and I tried a tech I've never had before. When she first started, she immediately grabbed the clippers and I told her I don't want my cuticles or my nails cut, just pushed back and filed. I was on the phone (which is my own fault), when she was responding and saying she wanted to even them out. I told her I just wanted them filed and I don't mind if they're not the same length. They're close enough. She still was saying they should be cut and was saying "what about these? Just a little to even out and then file?"And pointing to my different fingers, to which I just ultimately said "okay whatever you say I guess, I trust you". Which was entirely my mistake. I should have stood my ground but I didn't want to be difficult or make a scene. She cut all of my nails SIGNIFICANTLY shorter than I was expecting to "even them out". For reference, I have been working on growing my nails out for the past 8 weeks so I could have long nails for Thanksgiving and decided last minute to treat myself to a manicure because to try to avoid biting my nails due to stress. It only got worse. After she had already cut them, much lower than I was okay with, she then filed them into square after I told her to keep the natural shape and that I didn't want them to be shaped in square or round. I just wanted her to follow the natural line of my nails and even out the length. Even then, she made them square and when I asked her to round just the edges because they were way too square and sharp and she made every nail round. She filed so much and so low that my nails are now nubs almost as short as when I bite them. Despite trying not to, I immediately started crying because I could feel the physical discomfort of my nails being shorter than my fingertips for the first time in a long time and she continued on. I don't like to cause scenes, and there was nothing that could be done at that point so it would be pointless to complain so I sat there silently as she continued the manicure. I am so heartbroken, I've been upset ever since I left the nail salon today. Unfortunately nothing can be done and while she did a good job on the actual painting of the nails, she took away months of effort I have made to finally grow my nails out, after I told her what I wanted. While I realize I should have stood my ground, she should have respected what I was asking of her. I also will commend her for fixing one of my nails swiftly and with kindness. However, this experience upset me to the point where I am considering not returning to this salon. I have had my nails done and disliked them before (happens to everyone, nbd) but if someone has long nails and they're telling you not cut them, why are you continuing to push to cut them shorter and then filing so short that there's pain and discomfort? I hope this experience never happens to anyone else who is working as hard as I was to break that habit.

I am always able to make an appointment the week that I am in need of a refill and pedicure and I've never had to wait more than just a couple minutes when arriving for my appointment. They have an array of options from regular polish to gel, gel x, acrylic, and when showing an inspo photo, they have always delivered! My nails always grow out nicely and I am able to go 4 weeks between appointments, same goes with the gel pedicures! For the price it is worth the $5 more to get their gel pedicure option as it lasts and keeps its shine. Couple suggestions- first is for the pedicures. The massage could be a tad longer with more focus on certain points on the foot, especially when using the hot stones. I would like this portion to be slowed down. When paying for $60 plus dollar pedicures this is the part where the "spa" like treatment comes in! I'd like to see other lotions used for both a pedicure and manicure other than bath and body works, something more on the spa like side that is meant for professional use. Heavy perfumed lotions can be a lot on peoples skin and irritating. The chairs for a pedicure are comfortable but the massage on them is pretty non existent. It's just a thumping sensation on your back. They could use an upgrade! Lastly, each nail tech is truly talented and always delivers. I've always gone to whoever is first available, however, I'd like to personally shout out Jennifer for pedicures as she typically does mine as well as Leo for my recent manicure. All in all this is a solid nail salon and I am always pleased with the final result! I sent her a design by Rebekah Pritchard that I found on Instagram, and Hana did it better. The pictured set is Gel-X extensions (pre-existing, and this is one of the only places around that does them) with structured gel overlay. This is a 3D design; the white is slightly raised with a sprinkle of dip powder before setting. Hana completed this set on Phenix Salon Suite's opening celebration. There were many more distractions than usual but Hana stayed laser focused. The owner of the suites popped in to drop off flowers and provide refreshments, which was above and beyond. The suites are brand new and TT's space feels so exclusive and contemporary. It's just you and your tech so you'll feel like a princess.
