While some people may have been lucky enough to catch the owners on a good day my boyfriend, his…read moredaughter, & myself were not so fortunate. My boyfriend & his daughter went to see about a BMW they had posted on their website. Once there they explained to an employee that we were closing on our house soon & couldn't finance anything else until we closed. My bf asked if they would hold the car & he was told they'd hold it till Tuesday (our initial closing day), for $100. Both my bf & his daughter asked if the deposit would be refunded should anything happen that would prevent us from buying the car and they were told absolutely YES & not to worry. The woman they spoke to said the car had been on their lot for over a month so she let them believe rather we left a deposit or not the car would most likely still be available. Meanwhile the seller of our home had an issue with the deed so it pushed our closing till Friday. My boyfriend called on Tuesday to explain the situation & asked if they'd continue to hold the car. This time he was told that they charge $100/day to hold a vehicle but again, no worries it would be refundable. Unfortunately we weren't in a position to do that even if we wanted to. So, my boyfriend explained once again why we wouldn't be able to pay their NEW (to us) holding fee (no large spending/purchases till after closing), and she said okay, no problem, just come in when you're able & pick up your deposit. Since we (obviously), don't currently have a vehicle he told her that we wouldn't be able to stop by until Friday after we close on our house. Again, no problem just stop by anytime. The woman my bf kept talking to came across as very sweet, kind, & professional. But we were about to learn the truth about the whole *gang* at Eagle Auto Sales in Windham. We arrive at their place of business & my boyfriend goes to walk in to speak to someone but there was a woman in the back of a pickup truck that stopped him. I watched as he explained we had come to pick up our deposit. Then I saw the look on his face! He looked confused, shocked, and angry. I got out of the car to see what was happening. As soon as I asked what was going on this woman began to scream & holler so loudly I could barely understand her. She said no one gives back deposits!!!! I said, I don't frankly care what other businesses do or don't do I care that we told you we could not afford to lose any amount of money due to buying our home & due to my boyfriend's BONE CANCER which has kept him from working as much. We told your employee this & she said not to worry that deposits are refundable. She just kept screaming & hollering & acting so agressive I thought she'd hit me if she wasn't continuing to work in the bed of a pickup truck. That was just rude & unprofessional in & of itself. She ran away like an angry kid & returned with some guy who basically just stood there agreeing with every ignorant comment she made while smirking as if he was proud of he behavior & even more proud his employee lied to use so they could score $100. When I realized neither or these folks were going to keep their employee's word that our deposit would be refunded I told them that we would see them in court. I no sooner said this and that wild & far away eyed woman said: "Go ahead & just try it C**T!!!!" When I told the man I didn't think that was very classy of her he just shrugged, ignored the bad behavior & turned his attention to my bf. Meanwhile she's still ranting & swearing very foul things as she's walking away & then she flipped me the bird. A real class act - Not. Can you even imagine? A business owner calling you the "C" word & flipping you the bird simply because you've asked to have a deposit returned to you that their employee told you 3 different times would be refunded? They can claim all they want that their employee never told us the deposit would be refunded because it simply is not true. For one, we aren't the type of people that would throw money out the window. Especially while my boyfriend is fighting cancer, and while we're on a strict budget. We couldn't have made it any more clear to them that we were not in a good financial state so why would they think we'd agree to just risk our money is beyond me. They knew better but apparently our $100 meant more to them than our business. After they gave us our refund we had planned on returning the following week to see about TWO other vehicles on their website but the mean & nasty woman preferred to steal our money than to think about future business with us. I highly recommend that you stay as far away from this place as possible. They obviously don't care about people, the truth, or about acting like professional grown adults. We will definitely be seeing them in court. It's the principle. Some people may not feel $100 is a lot of money but it means everything to us at this time.

Dam so does the front wow I looked and was completely flabbergasted I could believe what I was seeing after a intense discussion we both came to a realization that someone at the dealership did that because someone had to put some serious force on those rims to bend them like that right where the beed of the tire was ....after showing this to another dealer I worked with for many years they came to the same conclusion I was freakin pissed I knew who the culprits were dam fu**ing ass**les I ended up let the bike get repossessed and that sh** sorry excuse of a motorcycle dealer didn't want it well back ....they had no choice.....jerks !! He worked after hours making sure I had a safe ride come the weekend. Another time, I brought my bike back to life as it didn't want to start after the winter, but it was acting up and not shifting gears properly after. I took it to Zach and he found I had missed putting back a small spring. With in two weeks he had it running like it was brand new. His shop is very busy. My bike had completely shut down on me, and I wasn't to far from Moto Milano I called and hoped Zach would be able to help, as I told him I would definitely pay him for his time. He shut down his shop and came to the rescue, I was located near the Dug Out, I thankfully was able to get it running just as he showed up, I realized water was getting in my gas tank and was able to work it out. The New Owner has great customer service , cares about his business, helps his local community, and is very knowledgeable.
