After 45 minutes, they called me and told me it's going to be nearly $400 for the two light bulbs, and that it won't be done for another additional 45 minutes. I have places to be!!! Don't be the next victims of these people who see customers as noth but $$$. My only concern is that after reading this review, the mechanics are going to steal stuff out of my car. I can't imagine paying $400 that I don't have for headlight bulbs, the only reason i stayed to have it done is because i already wasted so much time on this already. UPDATE: they charged me over $400 for two headlight bulbs, kept me waiting for over 2 hours, and generally treated me with the utmost disrespect and lack of care AND GET THIS, THEY ONLY CHANGED ONE OF THE LIGHTBULBS. I got completely robbed and I am surprised this is even legal. shame on you guys.

My car was overdue for a state inspection and the possibility of needing new tires. I called Duval's Service Center on May 2nd to schedule an appointment. They scheduled me for May 13th, which gave me plenty of time to reschedule more important things. I dropped my car off at the agreed upon time and was told that they would look at it that afternoon. One guy was nice and the other was not. Oh, to be pretty and young again. I never received an update from them. I called and it went unanswered. I left two voicemails and haven't gotten a response. I emailed the address listed on their website and haven't gotten a response. They are closed on Saturdays and Sundays which means I will not make it to my medical appointments this weekend and will probably miss my appointment on Monday. Had they told me that they weren't even going to look at my car at the appointment I had made well ahead of time, I would have never left my car with them. They have my car and my keys, so I have no way to get to anything I need to get to since hiring an Uber would be way too expensive and I cannot afford a rental right now. Scumbags, all of them. This is why I hate ever needing anything automobile related done. I wanted to reach out via Twitter, but their account has been suspended for violating Twitter's rules. A most egregious sequence of events…read more Agreed upon full day drop off for battery replacement; car did not start up right upon pick up, had faith, and it was dead upon morning. Had to Uber kids to school, call roadside assistance for jump. Was not told until back in person that the reason was THEY NEVER REPLACED THE BATTERY BECAUSE THEY DIDNT SEE IT ON THE PAPERWORK. This was the sole issue that had been discussed for 2 days prior. I'm still pleasant at this point; walk home. Receive call ACCUSING me of not giving them my keys; they strongly believe this because "I gave them the car running". I'm like duh, the battery's dead, that was a convenience TO YOU. At this point, I say "you already didn't render services upon payment in full and now you're telling me you lost my keys, why would I believe you?" I hung up, I'm on my way. On the way on my child's scooter, I get a VM, of course they found the keys. Pete(?) meets me outside, hands me keys, tries to show me "what happened". As I'm already getting in my car, he says "I don't appreciate you hollering at my guy". Well, I don't like the false security of being sent off for paid services not rendered and then getting accused of lying and the possible stress of lost keys on top! Wow! AAA came to jump my car, and when that didn't solve the problem they towed me here. I didn't know what to expect, but I was so pleased by the kindness and promptness of the team here. I had no appointment and understood I could be without a car for a few days. But within 48 hours my car was working and back to me again. Things that stood out-their team is direct and goes above and beyond for you! They told me everything that I needed to know about my car troubles (ultimately a new battery) and things that I should look into (due for oil change and state inspection). They did all of this work for a reasonable price and I know I'll be coming back here in the future (hopefully with a scheduled appointment and not a breakdown). I highly recommend getting your car serviced here :) The do a great job, and it's walking distance to many great coffee and breakfast options if you have time to kill.

They had promised to call me the day after dropping her off with an estimate, no call. I ended up going there, there was no estimate ready, George created the estimate and told me they would fix my car the next day, Friday. I call Friday afternoon to remind him that I need a sticker, so I would not have to go back and he tells me, " it's looking like tomorrow". Saturday rolls around, I drive by and my car is still sitting in the same spot in the lot. I needed up taking my keys and breaking my car loose.
