What I like most about ST (specifically Windham) is when I sit in the waiting area and listen / see the interaction between staff and customers, I can just feel how customer-centric ST is. There is great knowledge and expertise of products and services, things to think about, how things are done, what's really important, and others. It's not all about selling the higher price products and services, it's about what choices the customer has and the pros and cons of those choices. It REEKS of integrity! I requested an 8:00 AM appointment online a week in advance for tire balance/rotation. This was requested based on their stated availability online. I received an email soon after stating that my "10:00 AM" time slot was unavailable but that they could get me in at 1:00 PM. I confirmed that 1:00 PM would be okay and received a "great, thanks for your flexibility" type of response. I brought my vehicle in at 1:00 PM today and was told that my appointment was at 10:00 AM and they would not be able to service my vehicle for several hours due to the scheduling issue. I didn't receive any sort of explanation, admission of fault, or apology. I will not be returning to this business. read more

Shout out to Sullivan Tire in Raymond, ME. We got a flat tire on a Saturday and living out of state, we needed to have our tire fixed right away in order to make it home. We called several places and no one had the tire we needed for our All Wheel Drive system. Sullivan Tire did not have our exact tire, but their knowledge enabled them to match our existing tire's tread. They put our tire back quickly, and without us even asking, put our spare back under our car and disposed of our flat tire. Professional, communicative, knowledgable, and hard working guys- the only good thing that happened after a very rough day! read more

Even though the store was short staffed, our car was ready for pickup 2 hours ahead of our requested pickup time. We asked for the old tires to be returned to us. Each tire was inside a plastic bag and loaded in our trunk. We also got an oil change. On time and on budget. Staff was courteous and professional. A perfect day. Thanks guys! read more

I'm really hoping the owner of this location sees this. I would want to know.... *simple tire rotation & 1 valve stem *booked appointment 10 days ago *dropped truck at 6:45am (first there) *picked up truck at 4:45pm (nobody touched it!) I was embarrassed for them! 6 guys standing in the bay talking. Guy at the counter clearly not in a good mood. My family owned a service station for 35 years, so I know a little about this. It's literally a 15-20 minute job. We are all busy and I run multiple businesses. Clearly, at this location, there is no oversight of the operation by ownership. I usually always go to Sullivan Tire for so many different needs for all my cars. Sadly since moving to Windham I've come to realize that the Sullivan's location here is the worst of them all. I almost always end up having to just call Falmouth and drive the extra 20 minutes over to them. Today I was trying to schedule a tire change for my Jeep and the guy who answered the phone was so insanely rude and passive aggressive for no reason that I gave up after 5 minutes and of course was able to book in at the Falmouth location with no issue. It sucks I wish this location wasn't so much worse than the rest. read more

The day prior to leaving Florida I was told that my front driver's side tire needed a new sensor. Not having time in Florida I went to Sullivan Tire in Windham. Seems simple enough and had it replaced. All my tires use nitrogen. Sullivan failed to tell me they don't provide nitrogen. So now after spending $101 I have 3 nitrogen tires and one air. How much I wonder will it cost me to have my tire serviced once more for nitrogen. Tires are their business and they couldn't do it right. Shame on them. read more

I bought 2 sets of winter tires for 2 different vehicles and 2 sets of wheels. The tire price seemed comparable to most other places. Given that we had a total of 2 vehicles, 16 wheels, 20 tires and 104 lugnuts to keep trace of it all ended up right. My only small gripe is that I had two 3:00PM appointments but they didn't do much of the work at the same time and we didn't get out of there until after 5:00. My confidence was restored after my second visit. A few weeks later one of the cars had a thumping that persisted for a few days, about 100 miles and was getting worse not better. One possibility was a defective tire since they were new and it was definitely a wheel noise. I dropped the vehicle off the night before and got a free shuttle home. The next day I got the no charge invoice that included 2 road tests and clearing the ice from the wheels. That is service after the sale. I was expecting a bill for some diagnostic time at least. (In a response to another review here, Nitrogen is a big scam. The fact that they don't offer it is a positive in my book) read more

Bad business practices. Mechanic shredded my locking lug nuts even though key was in glove box and I was waiting in lobby. Bought tires (Grabber HTS) with 65,000 warranty, put 23,000 on my jeep just hwy and road driving and had to replace tires today. Followed all recommendations for rotation and alignment. Every time I went in for rotation my lug nut covers were missing! Had to ask repeatedly for a print out of warranty and Protection Plan which paid for with tires. Never did receive. Always the run around. Do not shop here. read more
