I came in for a driver seat replace, lean back panel and headliner. The biggest issue I have is little if anything is in writing. I was quoted a price for the seat and lean back and when I took the car in I was told we never talked about the lean back and it would be another $200 for that. I like Cal. He's super nice. But this is about money ultimately. He is cheaper than other places but if I'm quoted one price I wld like to stay with that and not strain relations. If you come here. I told him I was shipping my car on Monday and he said he would take care of me. He said to call him about an hour or so before coming up there. I did! No answer, left a couple of voicemails and several text messages. No response to anything. I just got into town Saturday afternoon from San Antonio so this was the soonest I could come. I was willing to pay a little more to have this done because they were a little more expensive than what I wanted to spend. Note to others: do not schedule an appt on a Sunday.

When the dealership failed to identify a blown fuse and told me it was my aftermarket device (the camera), Jim found the OEM fuse, replaced it free of charge, and recommended I contact the dealership to get a refund for the service call (which I did). He doesn't try to upsell, and his installs are clean and nearly invisible. He will also sit down with me and walk me through how my aftermarket devices work.
