And thank goodness I did! I went in and they were very helpful. Ill be honest I wasn't very picky. Like does the washer wash clothes? And does the refrigerator keep my food cold? I had pre done measurements prior to coming in so that helped a ton! When they came to deliver the appliances I was worried for them. My steps are tricky. They're those half up from the front door and then a turn to go up and then the second set of steps is off the main floor. They got everything in! And they installed it all for me as well. They test everything and make sure it works and that there are no leaks. Lowes and/or Home Depot wont do that! What surprised me the most was that the bumps they put in my drywall they spackled and sanded! Again, my steps are crazy so bumps were bound to occur. And theyll come fix things if they break on ya! Ill definitely be recommending them!

We spent tens of thousands of dollars with NF Landis for new kitchen appliances a few years ago…read morewhen we renovated. We recently experienced an issue with our Monogram dishwasher (water pressure issue), and I contacted NF Landis to assess the issue. During the initial service visit, I paid approximately $275 for repairs that I was told would address the problem. The technician advised that a flow adapter on the line was removed because it was causing blockage issues and confirmed that the dishwasher was not installed incorrectly. Unfortunately, the dishwasher continued experiencing the same issue immediately after the repair. When I followed up with the company to explain that the original issue had not been resolved, I was then informed that an additional repair involving a pressure switch/sensor would be necessary at additional cost to me. This issue and the additional repair were never communicated during the original paid service visit. In a voicemail left for me on April 18, the company owner acknowledged that the dishwasher was still having the "same issue" and stated they would need to order a pressure switch from GE, charge additional labor, freight, and potentially investigate further blockage concerns. At no point during the initial repair was I advised that the original diagnosis was uncertain or incomplete, nor was I informed that the initial repair may not resolve the problem. He also advised that the part would have to be ordered from GE directly, would take 10 days to arrive, and would cost $30 for the part and $25 for freight. I respectfully attempted to resolve this matter directly with the owner. I requested that the company either stand behind the original repair work and complete it properly or refund the $275 I paid, since the original issue was never resolved. The company refused both requests. I believe it is unreasonable to charge a customer for a repair that did not correct the reported issue and then require additional payment for continued troubleshooting of the same unresolved problem. I made a good-faith effort to work collaboratively with the business, but no reasonable resolution was offered. Since then, my husband has purchased the part directly from GE for $18, and it arrived in 3-5 days (not what was communicated by the owner). He replaced the switch with the help of a YouTube video in 30 minutes. Buyer beware before engaging with this company!

Shannon, our service tech, may look like a bit like Reservoir Dogs' Michael Madsen ("Mr. Blonde"), but he was a master Mr. Fix-It more like Tarantino's problem-solving Pulp Fiction protagonist "Winston Wolfe" (infamously played by Harvey Keitel). He diagnosed the challenging problem and on the spot called into Samsung for specialized parts. Shannon was back a week later and did the fix, restoring our fridge to it's factory freezin' glory, and giving our suspenseful story the happiest of endings.

The first time he came later in the afternoon and said that he shouldn't have been schedule for this time because he had a personal appointment to go to; he left without installing it. He came back two weeks later and improperly installed the icemaker, which flooded my basement the next day. He came back a third time to tell me I had the wrong icemaker, I should order another one, and I should also hire a carpenter to create an access panel when the new icemaker gets delivered, it would be easier for him to install the icemaker, which should prevent the leaking that happened when he initially installed the other icemaker. I had a carpenter come by, and he said that any decent plumber could install this icemaker without an access panel, and that the Mr. Appliance technician is clearly incompetent. I then hired a plumber to install the icemaker properly for $250 in November, almost three months, after I hired Mr. Appliance of Doylestown and paid them over $400.00 to do nothing. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. The BBB has informed me that Mr. Appliance won't engage with them. Please be careful dealing with these people.
