I was terrified by the thought that sewage would come pouring into the house. I know someone who had that happen and it was a nightmare. Mr. Sweeney had the most up to date equipment available. He ran a camera down through the toilet to see what was happening - and it was bad. The roots of a massive cherry tree had gone into the pipe and clogged it. When the backhoe started digging, they found a full septic tank the house was built in the 1950s. Unbelievable. It was just left there when the house was connected to the township sewer system. The full septic tank sat there for decades apparently. We had no idea when we bought this house 3 years ago - maybe the previous owner didn't know - or maybe they knew and did not disclose it. The sewer pipe zig zagged across the yard to avoid the septic tank! It's surprising this crazy mess lasted as long as it did. The tank was pumped out and broken into pieces. Mr. Sweeney did not increase the cost !! So now we have a proper sewer pipe to the township system - and the full septic tank is gone. I am so grateful to Mr. Sweeney, his son and his crew for helping us. And he is an incredibly nice guy! He briefed us every step of the way. Sweeney's Mechanical is absolutely the best !!

The shower is now worse than ever and the garbage disposal stopped working after less than 4 months. Even worse, in the last 8 days I've sent 3 texts, called 2 different numbers twice each, and left a total of 3 voicemails. I've not heard a word back from them. I'd highly recommend looking elsewhere.

This has been an ongoing issue; the original unit was installed just over 2 years ago and was replaced only a year later with the same model. My tech Destin obviously did not know what he was doing. Not only did he not only not change the flange, install a new seal, caulk the toilet, he didn't even tighten the toilet down!!!!! I called because I saw my anchor was rusted away and the toilet was rocking.... My toilet is still rocking and now my toilet is having issues flushing. 3. Customer service. I have called times. Every time the very nice dispatchers would apologize for the inconvenience and say that they were trying to contact the manager. I was told that the manager would call me back soon. And guess what, he still hasn't. I am truly disappointed in a Christian.

I just had my bi-yearly check up and was satisfied. They have one secretary who is very nice, I believe something that starts w/ a B, like brianna maybe. She told me my appointment was today at noon. So i made the timing available w/ work. 1205, no one is here, so i call the office asking whats going on. I get put through to the other woman....who i cannot remember if this is the same person from 3 years ago....but she is the absolute worst. I work at a small biz, if I acted the way she acted....we would be out of business. I called and she told me no one would ever tell me noon, the range is 12-5. I said well that is what I was told but cancel my appointment. I was planning on changing providers because this lady is literally that rude. She makes you feel like YOU are the one bothering her. I do not know why she acts this way, i cannot be the only one who has experienced this. While she was accusing me of not understanding how clocks work, i texted my wife and said "we are done using JA" and started googling other providers and reaching out. But the reason why i gave 3 stars and not one. I had an amazing technician. I hope I get his name right because he is literally the reason why I did not change. I signed up for another year because he is so kind. So i gave my business for another year solely because of (possibly evan) dark hair, glasses, from reading area. He is an asset to your company and was the reason why you didn't lose a customer. He didn't do anything crazy, just was kind and didnt accuse me of not understanding how appointments work.
