And, of course, it occurred on a Sunday afternoon. Knowing that the company handling my warranty would not be available for at least a few days, I searched out to companies that were available 24/7. Orlando Appliance Repair was one of those companies. Upon calling, the customer service rep put me in touch with their field-rep, Igor. I described the problem and he planned to show withing two hours or less ... on a Sunday afternoon! My refrigerator came back online and I contacted Igor to make him aware and cancel my appointment. He understood and just simply cancelled my appointment without fuss or cost.
