Showed up after 6. We had an electrical fire and they decided not to install water heater. I let them know when electricity was back on and we set up a window of 1-3. Electric was on by 1. Again they decided not to do it. Then they tried to bill us $720 for lost time due to all our cancellations. We rescheduled once, the rest was on them. Very poor customer service! And they threatened to leave water heater outside my house if we did not pay the $720! Didn't pay it and warning everyone of poor service!!!

When we called to set up an appointment we asked for Blake. He came when he said he would. He was polite and knowledgeable. He explained very clearly what the issue was and how he fixed the issue. I highly recommend Gilbert and will use them for any future air conditioning and heating needs. We feel we got good value for money spent.
