It took several days to get the part in and once it was installed I was handed a bill for $2000. I was told that $500 of that bill was to return the old part to the manufacturer. Upon investigating I found out that the manufacturer covers the cost of returning defective parts under warrantee and this repair should have been around $500 to $600. I requested an itemized bill from them and was told that they don't do that and was ignored when I made further inquiries. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

After checking online and looking at all the reviews I gave them a call. They not only cleared my drain but saved me some money because he thought he was going to have to replace some pipes. Thank God he tried something and it worked. They also replaced my faucet, and I could not put my PUR water filtration system back on the faucet, so they came back over the next day free of charge and purchased an adapter and put it on for me.
