It was February and we had no heat so we sat there in the cold and waited for him for over 4 hours! He kept putting us off and Yvonne told my husband he was pestering her because he was trying to get updates since keeping us in the loop was nonexistent. He said he would be there by 4 one day. Showed up after 6. We had an electrical fire and they decided not to install water heater. I let them know when electricity was back on and we set up a window of 1-3. Electric was on by 1. Again they decided not to do it. Then they tried to bill us $720 for lost time due to all our cancellations. We rescheduled once, the rest was on them. Very poor customer service! And they threatened to leave water heater outside my house if we did not pay the $720! Didn't pay it and warning everyone of poor service!!!
