I tried to exchange the toothbrush head and I was told they do not have A3, but they had G3 I asked what's the difference and they didn't know and said no other customers had any issues with it, well guess what everyone is different and for me it was too forceful on my teeth, so I just excepted it and took it as a loss. But then I thought about it and I called back to at least get my money back for one and they told me they would have to call the supplier and find out but it's Friday and probably won't get a hold of them today. They just tell you anything to get you off the phone!

I called and booked a basic cleaning/exam. New patient. 79$ deal. Spoke to them a few times on the phone to confirm date and time. I'm New to the area so still trying to find the perfect match for me. They never mentioned anything about it only being an exam, to see if you qualify for a cleaning. And there is a chance they may not do one. Never mentioned once. I figured having a basic cleaning Shouldn't be an issue since I had a deep scaling and cleaning done 3-4 months ago. They refused to let me get a basic cleaning. They spent an hour and a half doing everything but a cleaning. Basically fishing for any and all things they can charge me for. And trying to fill Me with fear that all other dentists I've gone to don't know what they are doing - yet they are the saving grace and had all the answers to problems, nobody else knew to conquer. Pushing fear about all these new findings. ( that weren't there 4 months ago ) Claiming that a basic cleaning could severely risk my health and well being and they absolutely cannot do one under any circumstance. Even though every other dentist I've ever seen in my entire 49 years of appointments regularly, have been able to perform a basic cleaning with no problem whatsoever. I regularly get cleanings. Never had a cavity. Or major issues. But waited a little longer than I'd hoped to get a deep scaling done. You'd think I was an ex crack head and had major infections to address and it was dangerous for them to proceed. Dentists are horrible these days and it's hard to find really honest ones. They have a quota to meet and they try to add it on to every patient that walks in the door. Pushing unnecessary treatment plans and loads of fear mongering to create never ending reasons for a patient to come back and drop more money. You're better off to find an independent hygienist that doesn't have quotas to meet and can be transparent about what's needed. Lesson learned for the future on my part. There were several opportunities for them to be transparent about the appointment. 2 prior phone calls and in person form signing at the desk. Plus several people in the chair prior to the exam when I again asked and communicated my situation. I was completely ignored and funneled into a hustle session. I made it clear why I was there and what I needed from the start. They chose to be dodgy about communicating- didn't even mention they may not be able to and or weren't gonna do a cleaning - until it was too late for me to cancel and leave. l got duped and walked out with no cleaning done. Just a treatment plan for all new "findings" the "advanced AI" machine locates, that of course magically appeared within 4 months. Didn't have any of these issues within the last year of appointments/scans and X-rays I've had. They are the first dentist in 49 years to not be able to perform a basic cleaning on me. Ridiculous to think I need to get another deep cleaning just under 4 months after I had already had one? Who does that. As if it won't hurt to wait a little longer to let my bank account rest. The next day - the Manager on phone agreed that the team should have communicated to me what the protocol was prior , but took zero accountability for the fact that all 6 people I engaged with prior, chose not to. Any dentist that can't take ownership of their lack of transparency and communications for a new patient and protocols - is sketchy. Honesty will get you everywhere. Scamming people will cost you clientele
