Let me start by saying the dentist was nice but the office staff left me…read morewanting. 1st, we scheduled appointments for my wife, my daughter and myself at separate times so one of us could chaperone my daughter. Upon arrival, the staff really tried pressuring us to all be seen at the same time (which would leave my daughter unchaperoned). My wife refused and one of the staff members started getting loud and rude with her so I stepped out from getting my x-rays to quell the situation. Took some doing, but the staff relented and my wife and I were able to swap off chaperoning our daughter. Then, they said my daughter needed sealants and my wife asked if this was covered by insurance. They said yes. I overheard this and said I needed them to check again because she'd already had sealants a few years ago and I was almost certain that insurance would not cover a second time so soon. They insisted they double checked and our insurance said it would be covered. Against my better judgment, I relented and agreed to the sealants. Lo and behold, we got a bill from this dentist...and wouldn't you know it, insurance did NOT cover the procedure. I called in the hopes they would waive the charge as we had been assured it was covered. NOPE! They refused to waive the charge. And had the gall to say, "I'm sorry, you can pay via the link provided..." At that point, I cancelled my future appointments with them. I will NEVER use this office again. And I do NOT recommend this office to even my worst enemy.

My wife was there for the same thing two weeks before, she had to go in to have the "cast" taken then come back for the crown. With this new CNC machine they do it ALL in one appointment. The only problem is, they still charge the same price. When I asked for a discount they said all pricing is from Corporate. THIS IS WRONG IN SO MANY WAYS. First you are eliminating one entire appointment, SAVINGS. By eliminating that appointment you can see more patients, ADDED REVENUE. By doing the crown in house MORE SAVINGS. The dental hygienist was thorough, gentle, and truly caring, taking the time to explain things and making sure I was comfortable throughout the visit. The dentist was knowledgeable, kind, and gentle, and did an excellent job of putting me at ease. What I appreciated most was that there was no pressure to upsell cosmetic dentistry, which unfortunately has become the norm elsewhere. The focus was clearly on my dental health, not on selling unnecessary services. I left feeling very happy with my experience, and for the first time, I don't dread going to the dentist.
