I was told my piece was ready and when I went they misshaped it, gave them another chance to fix it and all they did is threw another layer of insulated fabric on top. I paid the guy then headed home to install the headliner myself, the guy put SO MUCH MATERIAL on my headliner that the center sagged a good 6 inches low.
