We had a sunroom built by Garrety Home Pros and everything was great, we were very happy. The…read moresunroom roof then began to leak and we called them 3 times to report the issue. We never got a response, then I happened to run into the salesman from Garrety that sold us the sunroom and I expressed our disappointment. He was helpful and the next day we received a call from Garrety to schedule a time to come out and repair the leak. The repair man came out twice as it continued to leak after his first visit. Well, it's still leaking and we are concerned about the structural integrity of the roof and ceiling if the room continues to leak. For a project that cost almost $100,000, we really believe Garrety should do a better job standing behind their work.

I live in a very well to do neighborhood and unfortunately, these guys will look up house values and charge accordingly so while some neighborhoods will get $10k decks, not mine. If I was living in DC suburbs then they'd charge us $50k for the deck. I got the PVC Aztek material with metal posts. The guys did the job in 2 days. I was worried when I saw scuffs on my new deck the day after install, but Luke came to buff them out. With Aztek, you have to be very careful about scratching the deck with furniture so I've yet to put anything on my deck! We rarely eat out there anyways. We're not outdoorsy people.

It didn't resolve the issues. Section of the sliding glass windows jam and do not slide. I was told that some were not meant to slide? Yet, their literature states: "Standard configurations include sliding windows." Window frames are separating from window glass. 2. Unreliable: Project was anticipated to start 01/01/2024 and be completed by 01/31/2024. We are now in June 2025. When asked about the time beyond stated 30 day period, the response was: "It was just an estimate". During that time we endured delays for: week long seminar in Florida in January 2024; several days in February 2024 to see a tax accountant for business and then personal income taxes; set-up and attend home show; weather; personal issues; super busy; lost track of time, delays attributed to third party vendors. 3. Communications Most of the time required multiple request for updates with either little or no response . 4. Workmanship Had to redo or revisit most installations: electrical outlets; windows leaking; motion detection light failed; electrical worked performed: i.e. improper AMP circuit breaker was installed at main breaker box for AC/Heater; power cord for new AC/Heater was replaced. Would not recommend this company to anyone. Buyer Beware
