Fast forward to today 12/17/25: I have an appointment on 12/20/25 @ 9am and I had to reach out to Dan because I had decided to not get my daughters windows tinted and just asked him if he could fix my windshield instead. He said " We have plans this weekend with kiddos" and when I asked him about Sunday he said " We havent reached out but will need to cancel as our weekends with the kids have changed" Ok... Wait... So when were you going to let me know that you were canceling? Then texts me saying "My kids will always come first. Please feel free to set up an appt to fix the issue :) have a wonderful day!!" I ALREADY HAD AN APPOINTMENT and no one asked you to "choose" between kids and work. YOU are the one who set the appointment up! Seriously?! Horrible business practices and I will not be recommending this shop to anyone. I will somewhere else to get it done. Even the touch-up spots came out clean, and he let me know what they could and couldn't safely correct on the hood. Super honest, no BS. They also said they'll check in again in a few months for a maintenance wash, which just shows they stand behind their work. If you care about your car and want it done right, this is the place. Kyle arrived around 10 a.m. the day after Thanksgiving, and after I handed him the keys, we had a friendly chat about cars and trucks.
