He was very friendly and knowledgeable. The report we received was detailed, which included a grade and a comment for certain problem areas. For example, the Rear Fender received a C rating, and a comment 'evidence of impact damage and panel filler.' After receiving the report, we decided not to purchase the vehicle. Money well spent.

The inspection itself appeared to be thorough and identified a minor issue that the dealer addressed before delivery. In that sense, the inspection definitely added value and gave me peace of mind. My main criticism is the reporting. For the price ($365), I expected more than a checklist and a raw diagnostic scan. An executive summary with the inspector's overall impression ("buy," "buy after repairs," etc.) and a brief explanation of the significant findings would have made the report much more useful. As it stands, I had to interpret most of the information myself and follow up with questions afterward. Communication could also be improved. There were a couple of times when I was told I would receive a phone call that never came. I understand schedules get busy, but I appreciate updates when expectations are set. Overall, I would use them again because I believe the inspection itself was solid, but I hope they continue improving the quality of the final report and communication.
