BEST buying experience EVER!!…read more I'm in my 50's so I have had plenty of buying experiences and this was hands down THE BEST, easiest, fastest, and most professional experience I have ever had. It was actually fun. And, after tons of research and nonsense from other dealerships, we KNOW we got a great deal. Frank E. (Internet sales) was an absolute pleasure to deal with. His communication, professionalism, and customer service is top notch. Please call him and give him an opportunity to help you find your next vehicle. You won't regret it!

This afternoon, I visited Sam's Ford dealership and met with Caleb Hendrix regarding a vehicle I…read morewas interested in purchasing. Upon my arrival, I saw that Caleb had taken the vehicle off the lot to go to Chipotle and had just returned. Rather than having the vehicle cleaned and properly prepared for a scheduled customer, he chose to use it for a personal lunch. When I inspected the vehicle, it was absolutely filthy and had extensive paint damage, including deep scratches and heavy swirl marks. None of this damage was disclosed in the online listing, and the photos on the dealership's website did not accurately represent the vehicle's condition. Naturally, I was very disappointed. When I brought the damage to Caleb's attention, he attempted to claim that it had been disclosed on the Carfax report. That was simply not true. The damage was neither reflected in the listing photos nor disclosed in any meaningful way before my visit. I then spoke with Isaac Lopez, hoping for a more professional response. Instead, he dismissed my concerns and made an inappropriate comment, saying, "You look like you drive fast, so I don't know what the value of your trade-in is," before even looking at my vehicle. This was especially frustrating because I had already made it clear that I was not trading in my car and had secured financing through my credit union. From the lack of transparency about the vehicle's condition to the unprofessional behavior of the staff, this was one of the worst dealership experiences I've had. I would strongly encourage anyone considering doing business with Sam's Ford to be cautious. I will not be returning, and I will be sharing my experience with others. Pictures of the vehicles tire damage is posted I should have taken some of the vehicles paint but I left in frustration.

They told me there had been one previous owner, that was true. They told me it was a commuter vehicle, explicitly claiming it was not a work truck. The first time time I washed it, a business logo appeared on the back windows. It can only be seen in certain light, with a thin layer of moisture applied. But, it does seem like it was, in fact, a work truck. Next up, come time around a year after purchase. Paint on hood, bumper and above wheels faded. The paint does not appear to be original on these parts. Lost their shine. I would speculate they aren't even the original parts. I do not know the details, but reviewing the carfax I see the vehicle was partially rebuilt just before the ownership transferred from the original owner to Charlton. But they did not mention that. Did they not know? Or did they just lie to me?. I guess when the dealer tells you something to your face, you have to check the carfax and not trust what they tell you. But I did not know that. I was young and naive (still am maybe). Thirdly, the salesman mentioned he had been driving the vehicle personally prior to the sale. I would rather not know that the salesmen drive around in the vehicles until they are sold. That kind of taints the experience, eh? Fourthly, when going over financials, the salesman asked how I made my money and complimented my salary. Next, he bragged that he, in fact, made more money than I did. Well, good for him. Not quite so professional, huh?

Had to return to get my vehicle inspected as they could not do it at sale time as the vehicle had an issue they did not fix. When using their finance they will tell you 2 hard hits which became 3 hard hits to the credit report after I was clear I would not accept more than 2. Response: Thats what happens. Did not complete the work they were supposed to do and agreed to do. The vehicle had a check engine light at purchase time, they replaced an O2 Sensor and said it was fixed. 19 miles later the light came back on. In a txt message they replied "Looks like we will have to replace the catalytic converter" They knew it was bad and tried to get away with it. I returned the vehicle and they sent it to the Manufacturer dealership for repair under factory warranty. A review of the Huffines Dealership will be separate from this one as Huffines was horribly slow. They were supposed to replace the trailer wiring that had been cut and install a replacement wiring harness for a 4 prong trailer connector. The sales guy said Yes it is right under here. Went to hook up my trailer and got under to find it.. Not there.. I just ordered myself a 7 to 4 adapter so as not to go back to this place. Not a big deal but why lie about it. What else did they lie about I wonder. During the time my new vehicle was in the dealership Charlton provided a loaner car. This car smelled of cigarette smoke so bad I could not sit in it. They did not have another and asked me to Febreeze the car. Seriously I can show you the txt message on this. So that sat outside not being used as the stench was horrendous. Maybe this was a horrid sales guy, maybe a one off occurrence but frankly I would say to go somewhere else when looking based on my experience.

If you're a young woman looking to make a decision about your next vehicle, you'll be well taken care of by Michael (Service Advisor), Sal (Sales), Hannah (Finance) and their team. I felt safe, listened to and cared for. More details: My dash lit up the morning after a long Labor Day weekend when I was trying to head to work. I had my car towed in and my service advisor Michael was quick to get me taken care of and I was offered a loaner immediately. This allowed me to return to work, which already made the experience of having to wait to hear what was going on with my car much less stressful. Michael was very patient and answered all my questions once I received the estimate and list of repairs. When I asked if I could get an appraisal done on my car before agreeing to repairs, he immediately got that taken care of for me. Sal Nanji on the sales team gave me a call and was very sincere about wanting to help me through this stressful situation and get me in a car I loved for a good price. I came into the dealership after work and Sal was incredibly patient, fun to work with, and sincere about wanting me to feel confident and happy with my buying decision. Sal advocated for me and his manager was very reasonable and patient when discussing rates. Once we reached an agreement, the CFS Manager Hannah was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and detailed in her explanations of extended warranties and additional protections for my new car. She worked with me to get where I felt happy with my coverage decisions and was a pleasure to talk to. I felt like she was looking out for my best interest and was happy to answer all of my questions. Despite it being a late night for them already, Sal helped me move my possessions from my old car into my new car. Thank you AutoNation Honda Lewisville!

Whenever I went to do my title paperwork at the DMV I was almost $1000 short and had to pay that out-of-pocket. When I contacted AutoNation Honda, it took them forever to contact me back about the issue. The manager basically told me not my problem and nothing would be done to make this right. Very shady business practices to manipulate the numbers so that they could sell me extra stuff then leave me short later. I would shop elsewhere. I have waited to give them the opportunity to fix the issue or make it right, but obviously nothing's going to be done. I agree that the taxes are my responsibility but the shady way it happened is unacceptable.

Buyer Beware: Verify Every Number Yourself…read more I recently purchased a 2026 Toyota Tundra from Lone Star Toyota of Lewisville and unfortunately this was one of the most disappointing vehicle buying experiences I have ever had. During negotiations, I was presented with a preliminary deal worksheet showing a $44,000 trade-in allowance for my truck and a handwritten notation indicating "Total Sale $65,000." Based on those discussions, I believed I had agreed to purchase the truck for approximately $65,000 out the door and proceeded into the finance office with that understanding. While reviewing the finance paperwork, I immediately noticed an Amount Financed of $69,100.12 and specifically questioned it. I told the finance manager that the figure did not match my understanding of the deal. According to my recollection, I was told not to focus on that number because the truck had been discounted to approximately $65,000. I also discussed the $3,699 credit from my trade equity and down payment and understood that amount would further reduce what I owed. In addition, I purchased GAP coverage and a Tire & Wheel Protection package. At that time, I specifically stated my understanding of the transaction: The truck price was approximately $65,000. I was receiving credit for my trade equity and down payment. GAP and protection products were included. The $69,100.12 figure represented approximately what I would pay over the life of the loan, including interest. Based on my recollection, the finance manager confirmed that understanding. It was only after reviewing the completed paperwork that I learned $69,100.12 was not the total amount I would pay. It was the amount financed before interest. The contract reflects: Amount Financed: $69,100.12 Finance Charge: $6,561.80 Total of Payments: $75,661.92 As a result, the total amount I am obligated to pay is more than $75,000, not the approximately $69,100 that I believed had been explained to me during the finance process. From my perspective, the difference in my understanding of the transaction exceeded $6,500. After discovering the discrepancy, I immediately contacted dealership management. The General Manager responded by explaining the dealership's interpretation of the numbers. My concern was never with the arithmetic. My concern was that I specifically questioned those figures before signing and believe I was given explanations that caused me to understand the transaction very differently. I requested that the dealership review any audio or video recording of the finance presentation. I was later told that the dealership either could not locate the recording or did not know how to access it. I also requested the dealership's final position in writing. I was told that a written response would be provided, but it never was. I then escalated the issue directly to the dealer principal/owner and requested an ownership-level review. Despite giving ownership an opportunity to address the matter, I did not receive a response. The truck itself is excellent. My issue is with the sales and finance process and the lack of resolution after repeatedly raising my concerns. My advice to anyone considering purchasing a vehicle from this dealership: Verify every number yourself. Review every document line by line. Do not rely solely on verbal explanations. Make sure you fully understand the difference between vehicle price, drive-out price, amount financed, finance charges, and total payments before signing. Get every important promise or explanation in writing. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly damaged my trust, not only in this dealership but in the Toyota buying experience as a whole. I have owned Toyota vehicles because of their reputation for reliability and customer satisfaction, but after what I experienced during this transaction and the lack of resolution afterward, I do not see myself purchasing another Toyota in the future. A vehicle purchase is one of the largest financial decisions most families make, and trust is essential. In this case, that trust was lost.

She was professional, communicative, and genuinely helpful. Since her departure, however, the service department has not been the same. A constant rotation of advisors, inconsistent communication, and a noticeable decline in quality have eroded my confidence. My most recent service visit was the final straw. The dealership kept my vehicle for five days, only to tell me the check engine light was caused by "bad gas." They also said my ongoing power seat issue was due to a dislodged clip--the same clip they had previously reattached. Despite these issues, none of the diagnostic work or repairs were covered under my warranty, leaving me to pay out of pocket $350. Unfortunately, this experience has caused me to lose confidence in the service department, and I've decided to take our service business to another dealership.

**My Experience with AutoPark Dallas in Dallas, Texas**…read more Based on my experience, I believe AutoPark Dallas engaged in deceptive and misleading sales practices. I would strongly caution anyone considering buying a vehicle from this dealership to be extremely careful. AutoPark Dallas makes the following statement on its website: "The team here at AutoPark Dallas is dedicated to offering a level of customer service not usually found in the automobile industry. Thanks to years of extensive car buying/selling experience, we pursue quality used and new vehicles that are hand-picked from factory sources. Our love for automobiles and dislike of 'traditional dealership tactics' is what motivates us to provide the service we do! The pride we take in continuing this service long after the vehicle has been delivered is what we strive for! Looking forward to making every effort to see that our customer is completely satisfied and a friend for life!" In my opinion, every part of that statement was proven untrue during my buying experience with Jay and AutoPark Dallas. I purchased a vehicle from AutoPark Dallas as an out-of-state customer. After the vehicle was delivered, I discovered that important safety-related equipment and other items were missing from the car. AutoPark Dallas sold me the vehicle without all of the lug studs installed on each wheel. Each wheel had only 5 of the 6 lug studs installed, and the center caps were installed and concealed the missing lug studs. The missing lug studs were the security/safety lug studs intended to help prevent theft of the wheels and tires. I found this out after one of the "B" center caps fell off the car while driving down the freeway at 75 mph on the 101. In addition, the emergency spare tire, emergency tools, car jack, the two holders for the emergency tools, and the center locking bolt used to secure the spare tire, tools, and jack were all missing from the vehicle. The manufacturer's safety instructions, owner's manuals/documents, the Bentley ashtray from the center console, the trickle charger, and the charger case were also missing. These items appear to have been present when the vehicle was listed by the previous dealership in Chicago, before AutoPark Dallas acquired it. Photos from the Chicago dealership's listing show the items in the vehicle: https://www.diamondmotorworks.com/2013-bentley-continental-gt-v8-c-3864/#details-89 It also took approximately two weeks for AutoPark Dallas to deliver the vehicle to my home. On top of that, I was ch AutoPark Dallas also failed to disclose multiple issues with the vehicle, including: - The passenger-side door window frame was bent or out of alignment. - The front grille surround was cracked in two places. - The driver's window was out of alignment and this scratched the driver-side glass through the interior tint. - The rear bumper sections were misaligned where they meet the rear wheel wells on both sides of the vehicle. The center console button used to raise and lower the rear deflector was broken and did not work. The dealership said the delay in shipping was due to not having staff to perform the promised detail of the car. The detail of the car was not performed. The car was delivered with an electronic key fob that did not work. The key fob had been disassembled then reassembled by an inexperienced technician without all of the original parts and did not function. In Texas, dealerships are generally required to disclose known defects that affect a vehicle's value or safety. Removing or failing to disclose missing safety-related equipment, emergency tools, lug studs, spare tire components, owner's manuals, or other critical parts may raise serious consumer protection concerns. Texas dealerships must comply with applicable state and federal laws when selling vehicles, including sales to out-of-state customers. These obligations may include proper disclosure of known defects, compliance with consumer protection laws, and ensuring that a vehicle is not sold in an unsafe or misleading condition. In my opinion, selling a vehicle without all required lug studs installed, while also concealing the missing studs with center caps, is extremely concerning. The same is true for selling a vehicle without the emergency spare tire, jack, tools, and other safety-related equipment, especially when those items appear to have been present before AutoPark Dallas acquired the vehicle. I believe this experience raises serious concerns under the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act and other consumer protection laws. Texas dealerships that violate consumer protection laws may face civil penalties, fines, or other legal consequences depending on the circumstances. In conclusion, I would not recommend AutoPark Dallas. Based on my experience, the dealership failed to disclose important issues, sold the vehicle with missing safety-related equipment, added questionable charges. PhotNo spare jack tools or wheel studs
