They have always given us estimates and services before the service is started. I have never had a vehicle that wasn't repaired or recommended repairs that we decided to or not to replace.. We had one 2013 SUV with about 80,000 miles that to be repaired for any long term use needed about $7,000 to $8,000. We that car traded to an automotive dealer with full knowledge of the work that needs to be done. In my humble opinion they are the best in Denton Count.

They had our truck for about a month (yes a long time, but this truck has spent more time in the shop than the road, so we're used to it). They replaced the injectors that they initially said were bad, but it didn't fix the problem of no power. They continued diagnostics until our truck was running properly. All in all, the job should have been over $6,000, but that was not the quote they gave us, so they didn't charge us that. They replaced parts and didn't charge us extra labor. They were determined to find and fix the issue. They did. Our truck has never ran this well. We are extremely satisfied and will be returning there for all future needs with any of our vehicles.

MINIs are built to last, and many owners take pride in maintaining their cars well beyond that mark. To be turned away simply because of the age of the car -- at an authorized dealership -- shows a lack of commitment to loyal customers and the brand's community. A car's age should not disqualify it from proper service, especially when MINI promotes durability and long-term ownership. MINI USA needs to take responsibility for this policy and ensure that all MINI owners -- regardless of model year -- can count on the dealership network for support.
