G2 Construction is an excellent contractor. They've done several jobs for us and have been extremely easy to work with and they are reasonably priced. If there is any questions or problems, G2 takes care of them immediately. They inspect the work of their workers making sure everything is done right. I had difficulty with my insurance company and G2 went right to work, getting with several adjusters making sure I got the proper things done according to code. If it hadn't been for G2, I would not have received a proper settlement from the insurance company. I recommend G2 for any construction issues. They can be trusted completely! read more

G2 Roofing was hired by our HOA to paint the exterior of our townhouses. I hated living in my home from Monday - Friday with all the windows and doors covered with plastic! It was claustrophobic, and you can't see the sun, or is it raining? Had to guess if the UPS/FED-EX had delivered. Plus, my wildflower plants were trampled. This is an update for the post we put on Yelp earlier this month. We last spoke to the contractor on or about the 6th of August. After having a discussion about our situation, he hung up on us. We have not heard anything back from him since that call and no one has returned to repair the gutters they damaged. After sending us a final invoice indicating a final amount owed and them coming back and telling us more money was needed, we felt that was a slap in the face, since we are senior citizens and on a fixed income. A reputable organization would have at least tried to work something out with us. We have made two insurance payments to them to date and we have received a Final Invoice dated 5/23/18 for $1,705.46 from them which was emailed to us on 8/1/2018. We won't make any additional payments until our gutters are repaired to our satisfaction. Again, beware of G2 Roofing. read more

I would never recommend G2 roofing! They are rude, slow, and careless. They will leave projects unfinished and at the end of the day they leave latter's and scaffling up all night or all weekend. They didn't secure the rubber on our townhomes and it blew all weekend long throwing nails from the roof tops. They left their trash all around the neighborhood and on our garage roof. They also set a speaker by our chimney on the roof (which carried loudly into our home) and blared music all day and into the evening. They even left the rain gutters off causing flooding in the back yard when it rained. When we called to voice our concerns, the manager was even worse. They are awful!!! read more

G2 roofing was recommended by my realtor. Allison came out to take a look at my roof and said with no doubt we will be getting a new roof and to put in a claim with my insurance company. I did that and an inspector came out. Allison didn't even go on the top roof with him. He wandered around and said he couldn't find any damage. Allison said that we should ask for a second inspection. I needed pictures to send to the offsite adjuster. Allison never did send me pictures. I called several times (after feeling abandon by Allison) and finally got a second inspection. That time Gary with G2 was there and he didn't point out ANY damage to the inspector so again no hail damage was found. Gary basically wished me luck and said we didn't have any damage (after G2 was the ones saying that we should file a claim). I asked Gary and Allison from G2 roofing to send me photos that they took of my roof showing damage. Neither has gotten back to me. Wondering if they ever even took any. This company seems just like every other roofing company out there. They talk a big game like your roof is totally destroyed, you file a claim, your insurance company says there is no damage, they walk away and wash their hands of you. Didn't think that asking for the photos of MY roof was too much to ask but apparently it is. I then called a REAL roofing company and asked them to inspect my roof. He took about 45 minutes to walk the roof and determined that I do have damage and he has been VERY helpful in working with my insurance company. We were trying to get a 3rd inspection and in that process the insurance company adjuster contacted Gary with G2. Gary told this adjuster that I DON'T have any hail damage on my roof. Now that is a special kind of jerk. So my adjuster was reluctant to grant a 3rd inspection based off of what Gary at G2 told them. Not only did G2 walk away from my roof... they are now saying my roof doesn't have ANY damage. After many weeks of back and forth I finally got my 3rd inspection. My now current and honest roofing company walked the roof with the adjuster and wouldn't you know it... THEY FOUND HAIL DAMAGE!!! Finally got a check from my insurance company for my entire roof despite G2. Do yourself a favor and run (not walk) away from this crappy roofing company. read more

We contacted G2 Roofing to have our gutters replaced. They sent Gino out to give us an estimate. We were going hire them but Gino indicated our roof had extensive hail damage and needed to be replaced. Many houses in our neighborhood were getting roofs replaced from a recent hail storm so his claim was very plausible. He explained to us about how there has to be a certain amount of damage per area for an insurance company to replace a roof and our roof met that threshold and then some. He instructed us to file a claim and he'd meet the adjuster and take care of the rest. We were so glad that this was caught before it was a problem. In 15 years my wife and I never had to file a homeowners claim - it's NOT something we take lightly but this was a must. So it was with great dismay and surprise that the adjuster only found some cosmetic damage to vents (that did not NEED repair) and said that the roof was in EXCELLENT SHAPE! But just having the adjuster come out meant that a claim had been filed and could not be 'undone'. He cut us a check for about $500 (cost of cosmetic damage minus our $2200 deductible). We had our first strike on our policy for something we NEVER would have filed a claim for! And needless to say we didn't hire them to do our gutters. I have no idea WTF Gino was thinking giving us that BS line about roof damage - he HAD to have known it would not pass muster. We had the roof examined by another company after all this went down and they backed up what the adjuster said - our roof was in EXCELLENT shape. read more

Horrible people, when the rains came the roof nearly collapsed. I called and called and they would never return my calls, I had to get my insurance company to try and get ahold of them to come over and do repairs they never would, they kept saying it was my fault. I finally got ahold of their insurance company cuz I had to hire a lawyer and they still would do nothing. To this day a year later my roof still is not fixed and I don't know what's going to happen because I can't afford another $8,000 to repair one section, there are 3 sections in all. They said they hired another company who aren't even license to work in this state and no one can find them. They gave me a warranty and they would not honor it, so what good is a warranty read more

I had an excellent experience hiring G2 Roofing to replace my roof. Like many folks in the Denver area, my roof had extensive hail damage and I was approved by my insurance company for a new roof replacement. G2 did an exceptionally thorough job from start to finish, making the process easy and transparent for me. They also didn't cut any corners and made sure my insurance company paid for all the aspects of hail damage that affected my roof. Finally, the customer service was excellent. I worked with Gus, one of their general contractors, and he went out of his way to ensure that I was satisfied with the work being done. He also referred me to other trustworthy contractors, when I needed them, which was really helpful. In sum, G2 gets my full approval and I would definitely use them again if I needed my roof replaced. G2 Roofing is a bad company, because there roofers where working on my town home roof and put tar paper and some plastic in my vent pipe for the plumbing, and it backed up the sewer drain. So we had to call a plumber to come out and Roto-Rooter the drain and we found the tar paper and plastic in the drain. So I contacted the company after I found this out and they were not willing to stand behind what their workers did and I have proof of it but they wouldn't fix the problem after it leaked in my house and ruined my ceiling so I foot the bill because they won't stand behind their work they are very poor company and I would never recommend them to anyone because they're the worst company and they won't stand behind their work that their employees screwed up in my house the ceiling is ruined so I have to replace it myself because they won't stand behind what their employees did. So don't ever use G2 Roofing & Construction they are the worst company in Colorado. read more
