Dec. 23.2017 brought to repair my laptop Alienware 18.4 about 1:49pm. in order to check for sure what is wrong because I had problem with screen . Evening about 4pm. "technician" Marvin call to me and said that you need to replace the LCD Screen , cost 350$. I am say OK please fix well . Next day He call me again and say " I also clean you laptop inside and fix Windows software for same price " - Sure , OK( I am say) . After 2 days He call me and say the laptop is ready for pickup . After holiday I paid and get my laptop back . Turned computer On and he put in completely different screen MATTE and not like original "Dell " GLASSY, in addition, the light touch of the screen image is gone (see picture do in black bars) . I call to this INEPT "Technician" and trying explain - You replace wrong screen I pay You money for good job not like this . He say not understand me , this asshole call me twice before took money and understand me perfectly , he knows well what did put in my laptop some cheap shit . scam! scam! scam! do not bring your electronics here! i brought my phone here to be fixed and they charged me $130 dollars to replace it. i had to bring it back a month later because whatever glue they are using doesn't work. the screen started coming apart from the frame of the phone. i brought it back 3times and all the did was re-glue it just for me to have to bring it back again. the last time i brought it in they said that they couldnt do anything for me because it wasn't under warranty. warranty for a faulty fix are you kidding me? this is a hack job and they should be shut down. the worst part is that they said that i can pay to have this issue fixed for $50. they are rude and disrespectful and their word is trash. do not go here! save yourself read more

Went in today to fix my iphone 5c that had been completely broken for a whole month! The screen was completely cracked, and it wasn't able to function at all i couldn't even see my screen it was totaled!! They were able to repair my LCD and fix the broken screen for only 110! They did a great job, my phone is practically brand new and the same as when i first got it, the camera and everything works perfectly I was really satisfied! Not only did they do a great job but it only took 25 minutes compared to other places I've went to in the past where it took 1-2 hours i was basically in and out! Took my playstation in to get serviced wasn't spinning my discs after talking to the person on the counter I was quoted 80-90 or something like that for which seemed to be a faulty laser. The next day I was called and told my system was ready I was pretty impressed on the time it took to fix. Getting there I was told that the price had changed and it would be 50 instead of the original quote due to al bad motor. I really appreciate the honesty and integrity of this shop. I had cracked the screen on my T-mobile HTC G2. Although I had insurance on it T-mobile was trying to charge me an arm and a leg to replace my phone with a phone I didn't even like because they didn't make my phone anymore. I wasn't looking for a new phone I was looking for a simple repair. Long story short I stumbled on this place and the guy was very nice and an said he could fix my phone! I bought an Xbox here a few years back and it was fairly priced so I decided to go back to get my iPhones charging port replaced. I walk in and the gentleman asks me a few questions and takes a look at the phone then tells me it looks like there's something stuck in the port! He fixes it within 5 minuets! He could've very well told me that I indeed needed a new port and taken my money but he was honest, which is hard to come by from a repair facility. Will definitely be going back if I ever need to. I happened to be walking by this store with my busted Droid X (needed a new LCD screen) and dropped in on a whim just to check the price for repair. I've checked with other repair services and found the cost wasn't worth it. However, Stefan offered to do the repair while I waited at a fair cost. Also offered to let me play videos while I waited. II had a htc sensation with a shot screen, went over to g7 and they fixed it promptly..sadly I don't take Care of my phones very good, so it broke again, same problem, and they fixed it free of charge because they have warranty on all repairs. I just took him my Xbox which was also water damage and he fixed it too. Now he's working in my wii. My neighbor told me about G7 in enthusiastic terms. She was right. I took my laptop to the office, they don't need an appointment, and left it with them overnight. A phone call came and I learned my problems were not as bad as I'd thought (yea!) $75 and a few hours later I took my laptop home. Was willing to put up with my requirement to stick around and watch them work while they repaired the screen on my Note 2. They use a UV glue process that enables them to just replace the glass and not the entire screen! This kept the cost down and I'm happy with the repair. There are no bubbles or dust or any other visual imperfections under the screen and they used the OEM glass so no texture difference when using the S-Pen. read more

I brought it in yesterday (Saturday) thinking for sure it will be at least Monday before I see it again, nope ready the same day, the guy called me twice to inform me of the status, so while I was at it I upgraded my RAM too! This place has always been amazing. I have gone several times for cracked screens and they're quick and efficient. Most recently my fiancé went to fix his phone battery port as it wasn't charging. They took his phone and cleaned out the port with air and wallah it charged. No charge for their expertise. That GREAT and honest customer service. def recommend them. read more
