The portion size is great, and I loved how colorful the bowl was. The chicken was savory and flavorful, with a generous amount served in the bowl. I was also able to sub the white rice for garlic rice at no extra cost, which I appreciated. You can really taste the garlic throughout the rice. The bowl comes with pickled red onions, pepperoncini (?) slices, and radish. While those aren't necessarily traditional additions, I liked that they added color and extra depth to the dish. This also came with a side of adobo broth, which was such a nice addition. I'd scoop up some chicken and rice onto my spoon and dip it into the broth to get that full adobo flavor. This is also how I personally eat adobo at home: a spoonful of chicken, rice, and a lot of broth! There were so many other dishes I wanted to try: like KyKy's Lechon (pork belly rice bowl), the wings, and the ube horchata, but I was pressed for time, so I'll definitely come back!
