After I got it out of the parking garage and took a solid look I realized how awful it actually was. The deeper scratch was just sanded and painted over and the paint job was dull and it was clear that it was not done right. I went to a real body shop and the very nice guy at NE collision helped me out. Also commented on how truly awful Reed's work was. Tried to get my money back, even offered to leave money for his time, which was extremely generous of me, but he would only give it back if I let him 'redew' (redo) my car for a second time. I shouldn't even let the man or his son touch my car and there's no way I'd give him a second chance after the extremely sub sub par work that was done. Learned my lesson, if you want it done right go to a shop and talk to the pros.
