Immediately took it to carstar, who gave me an estimate, I brought the car in on Monday the 27th and I got it back after 4 PM on the 28th. Even though this was a much smaller job, they cleaned and detailed the car, again, even putting the spray on the tires to make them look brand new. Love the fact that I can drop off the car in the early morning and chat with staff while the car is repaired. The waiting room is clean and quiet. So nice to be able to trust a mechanic to do a great job! I read over some of the other reviews and the "one stars" are totally out of character for Brian and I suspect they are bogus. Another great experience I had with Hansen Auto Body & Automotive was when I recently needed the exhaust system repaired. I provided my cellphone number and I immediately got a text appointment confirmation that I saved to my calendar with the date and time. Later, there were automated reminder texts, which I appreciated. Now to the actual work, this guy is an artist! Plain and simple. I would challenge anyone to find where the dent was located. It took him about two hours repair but it came out perfect. I had to get his business card before I left and I would not hesitate to come back for more repairs, and neither should you.
