The second place told me that there were no signs of an oil leak. My garage and parking spot at work said otherwise, plus the intense smell of burning oil every time I drove the car. The crew at Hillside took my car in and found the issue immediately and fixed it. No more oil leaks. The oil pan was loose and needed to be tightened and the oil pan plug needed a new gasket. I feel that they were honest and fair. I will bring my car there again.

I scheduled an appointment at Auto Repairs Unlimited, to have them inspect my car for noise, I suspected bad wheel bearing. The woman at the desk was very very nice and welcoming. Maybe one of the friendliest people I've ever met. Within a couple hours after drop off, she called me to confirm, yes I had bad wheel bearings in the front, she explained everything in detail, then asked if they should proceed to fix. I said yes to proceed. Within another couple hours, they called again to say they were complete. For this job, I was without the car for about max 5 hours. I feel this was incredibly fast and reasonable for the job it was. So happy to have it back same day. For comparison, when my car was newer I would take it to the dealer where it'd take close to 5 hours for a simple oil change. The dealer would have shuttle rides etc for simple oil changes, it was always a nightmare experience in my opinion. Oil changes should be like 30 mins max. This place Auto Repairs Unlimited is now going to be my go-to place for automotive work. I had a great experience. My only gripe, very minor, is that I'm now questioning the cost of the part afterwards. I did some research after I got home, and I could have maybe gotten the part a lot cheaper through the big stores like AutoZone. But, I couldn't do the work myself. Just something I felt worth noting.
