It shouldn't have to come to this, but when you pay for a service, you don't expect to have to wait an unbelievably long time to get your car back (over two months to fix a piece of glass). Then it was the wrong part!!! They also did not fix the handle that was there to get replaced as well. They have it crooked and without proper functioning. They melted a piece through to fit the new piece... Unacceptable. Now I have to go back somewhere on THERE time instead of it being convenient for ME? **Just come on the weekend when I'm free. This terrible work on me deserves that much!** Thirdly, I'm still waiting for the last piece of glass with no reply or call back. Organization and managing things could be a whole lot better to be less horribly failing all around. read more

Just picked my car up at The Body Shop 110 in Shelton and was thoroughly impressed with the service and work. I left the car on Monday and I had it back by Friday. Granted it wasn't a huge job but it was important that it be done right because the damage was causing safety messages to be displayed on my dashboard. Bill the owner and Jada in the office were both so friendly and professional. Bill guarantees the work. I met Bill's dog when I picked up the car today and he is a sweetheart, a gentle giant. I whole heartedly recommend this shop for any auto body repairs you may need. read more

Friends vehicle was dropped off after an accident. After charging the insurance company they did a very poor job. The did not fix the scratches, they put an oem shock and a spacer instead of the lift kit shock that was on it. The paint work on the grill was subpar and blotchy. The body shop had it for about a month and when we received it we it got dropped back off because of the quality of work that was done on it. after another week and a half and being told body panels were being repainted, it was picked back up with no fresh paint but the shock was replaced properly. Overall extremely disappointed with the quality of work they provided. read more

Please beware! They took over a month to fix my car after a minor accident and when i picked up the car mechanically it wasn't fixed. I had to bring it to a Volkswagen dealer to get it repaired properly and Volkswagen informed me of the shoddy work they did under the hood. They also failed to replace a split hose for the radiator costing me an additional $600! They tell you they stand behind their work but i lost all faith and trust in them to repair my car properly. My gut told me they were scammers but i didn't listen. My insurance company already paid them so i was advised I would have to bring them to small claims cost to be reimbursed the $600 and i do not have time for that. Never again! Do not go there! read more

When they finished my BMW the interior was filthy. My tires were white from all the dust. They also returned my car to me with a rip in the tire. I complained to my insurance company about the results, they had me take my car back to get a new tire. With my 9 year old in tow, I went back to get my tire replaced and the manager confronted me about the complaint and said I was an exaggerator and a rotten lady. He also blamed Geico for my tire not being replaced the first time. If you value your car, do not do business with these people. They don't care about their customers.... read more

The body shop did a fantastic job fixing my car. After my accident I got an estimate done and when my car was taken apart there was more damage found and even though they were busy at the body shop they updated me on the progress of my car and did their best to get it back to me as soon as they could. My car looks so beautiful now and I couldn't be happier!! read more

The Body Shop 110 was great at the first appointment, I was told things were slow and they could get me in right away with a quick turnaround time. A colleague referred them saying the family was great to work with and was an honest shop. They quoted me 7 business days to complete the work and all parts were on-hand, body work was minor. Three weeks later, I had to make them aware that the shop would be paying for the rental car for any additional time needed, as my insurance only covered 3.5 weeks for the repair. I got the vehicle back two days later with the status of "work completed", on the last day the rental would be covered. Quick inspection revealed they had the wrong grill, was missing a radiator shroud, missing hardware for wheel well liner (liner was rubbing tire during heavy acceleration), headlight wasn't pointed properly, and the fog light was loose. Clearly they rushed to get everything back together. Had to bring the truck back a week later once the correct grill arrived for installation and adjustment of the headlights. The headlight was still way off and I had to adjust it myself to complete the work. Again, great people to work with. Super friendly and appear very knowledgeable, but very poor delivery. Was disappointed after spending the time doing my research to find an honest and reputable body shop. read more

After my car was severely damaged while parked in a grocery store lot by a hit an run red vehicle I brought it to 110 Auto Body, who were highly recommended, on a Monday for body work. Bill the owner and his office manager John were in communication with my insurance company and had all the paperwork ready, dropped off my keys, had a courier from Enterprise from the other side of town drop off a rental so I was not inconvenienced, signed off for the rental with a full tank, given the keys and sent on my merry way assuring me they will keep me inform throughout the process as they started pulling my car apart. This took under 20 minutes. With thoughts of covid 19 effecting every moving part of our county I thought it would take forever to find parts. To my surprise, I received a call that my car was ready that following Thursday and could pick it up at anytime. I was overwhelmed with the body work and the paint job I had a brand new car!! They even went above and beyond had the car realigned because the car took a hard hit on the passenger side above the wheel, and washed my car, spotless inside and out!!! Bill and his team are topnotch, detailed professionals that take pride in their quality of workmanship! It took 10 minutes from when I gave them the loaner vehicle keys, signed paperwork, gave my keys back, checked the repairs and went on my merry way with my beautiful safe car.
