I didn't order any food today, just a small Reese's blizzard. 12:38 order was in, and at 1:06 I had to go back to the counter and ask about my order to finally get it. I don't think it took that long to actually make, it looked like it was just sitting in the chill well most of that time. The cashier was running around like crazy between the ice cream tickets and the food tickets and trying to put the orders together. I'll stick with the local non-chain ice cream shops in the future.
