We also had a water leak issue on the back passenger side floor. whatever they did to take care of things only took a day or so to fix. And to our surprise he not only fixed the water issue's but also re-programed and got the rear camera to work. When brought up how we got a different price previously they informed us that it didn't matter and the price he gives us is what we have to pay. I'm not saying it's only because we seemed to be "clueless women," but it was a weird coincidence. Very disappointing since I saw other people with positive reviews from here.
