Here, they provide two floors of gated parking and a secured parameter around the building. They also have two gyms (first floor is aerobics and second floor is all weights/lifting equipment). Something to note is the building itself is quite open for the number of units, which makes walking around the facility easy if you can't go for a walk outside. They also a pool which we never used, but plenty of space around the back to lounge and have a mini gathering. Management is highly responsive and resolve matters quickly.

They flat out refused to provide one twice. CA was supposed to cover two more months rent. They didn't and management never informed me. Got cockroaches? Never mind your schedule. Jump to theirs, or allow them access to your apartment while you're gone. I'm not that trusting. Owe them rent? They didn't bother telling me when I moved out. They never bothered contacting me. The last few months have been the best this building has ever been run. As per usual, the office, maintenance, and cleaning staff is great. Generally speaking, the building is kept clean and in good condition. Many of my concerns over the past have stemmed from building security, but we recently got a new security team, and the broken garage door that seemed to never get fixed is finally fixed. Truly a great turnaround, and I'm grateful that my voice was heard and concerns were addressed professionally.

They accommodated my schedule to view the apartment and still waited for me even though I was running late. They let me take my time during the walk through and answered all my questions regarding the community and the lease. Lenore, the landlady, is extremely attentive and readily available should you need anything. She is also friendly and approachable. I had an absolute blast being a tenant under her care. Most other tenants are friendly, as well, and relatively quite. The units have central air, so summers are manageable. The property is keen on keeping bugs out and do a great job at it. Definitely worth the dollar we paid.
