I lived at aqua south apt for a year and the experience was great. I stayed in a 450sqft studio for a year and Monica (apt manager) made sure all my requests/needs were answered. There were several times when I had to reach out to her to have things fixed/changed and it was done in a timely manner. Electricity and water was covered so that was cool also. There is a pool in the center of the complex and it is regularly cleaned. Laundry room is well managed also. Didnt have much issue. Neighborhood is quite. Close to freeway so very convenient. Rent is reasonable; only reason im leaving is because I wanted to move to a bigger place. I strongly recommend this place if you are looking for a studio for a single/couple. read more

I've been staying here for nearly 8 months. It's been such a relief having Monica as the apartment manager!! I've accidentally locked myself out and had a random plumbing issue with my kitchen sink happen over a weekend. Needless to say, both times Monica was incredibly attentive and helped resolve my issues quickly and without hassle. My stay at Aqua South was a little under 2 year, and it was a good 2 years! Monica, the apartment manager is very easy to talk to and very attentive, she is one text away (during business hours). The apartment itself is pretty quiet, nothing to complain about there. It's maintained on Tuesdays, so if you ever need any repairs be mindful of that. Some of that parking spots are covered, some are not (depends on the floor you live on). The one thing that really sets this apartment aside from others is that electricity is paid for, which means you can blast your AC during the hot summer months and not care about paying the price for running it for long periods. Packages - If you're like me and like to order your stuff online. There's never an issue with your packages. The apartment complex is quite safe because it's gated so your packages will be waiting for you even if you come really late. read more

I lived at Aqua South for about two years. It was conveniently located to lots of grocery stores, places to eat, a super new and very nice 24 Hr Fitness, and a couple of main freeways! This being my first apartment living by myself, I can say I always felt safe living there. All parking spots are very well lit and close to the entrance to the complex. The people who live there are friendly, quiet, and keep to themselves. Monica, the manager, is very helpful and kind. She's always a text away and responds very quickly to any major, urgent concerns. Maintenance was never really an issue. When I had any minor issue with my apartment, I would fill out a work order form and it was always done the day of or within a couple of days that I submitted it. It was really nice leaving for work with a drain clogged and it working just fine when I got home! A couple of things that were not my favorite about the apartment was that the pool was always really cold, even in 100 degree weather, and I was unable to receive packages. I was usually out all day so I could not be there when the delivery man would try to get into the complex. I had a couple of times that packages were sent back. Those weren't really deal breakers for me, just minor irritants. Overall my experience at Aqua South was a good one! It's affordable, nice, and conveniently located! read more

It's been another year, so figure time for an update on my review. Aqua South continues to be great apartment complex to reside in. Conveniently located to everything from restaurants, groceries, the new Olivo shopping center, which has a 24 Hour Fitness. Everyone is respectful, nice and overall a quiet complex. One of the things I love most is the cleanliness of the complex, once a week the grounds are being cleaned. I have been residing at this property for over 3 years. It is conveniently located close to supermarkets, restaurants, schools, etc. Even Police station and Post Office are close by. Monica is a great Manager and always makes sure tenants needs/concerns are taken care of in timely manner, she is very professional. I am going on my 2nd year living here and I love it. It's a very peaceful and quiet place to live. Monica (The manager) is awesome! She always makes herself available on her cell phone and is very prompt in completing all tasks. Whenever I have a question or concern (which is rare) I just send her a text and provides me with the answer I need. We recently had an issue with one of my wife packages that mysteriously disappeared, we mentioned it to Monica and she become our Sherlock Holmes. The location has 24 hours surveillance cameras and she was able to locate and return our package within a couple hours. That's what I call going above and beyond the call of duty. The place is always very clean and kept up to date. The pool is always clean and have great to have, especially in the summer months. Another thing that I like about this place is that our electricity is included in the rent and there are other utilities that that we are billed for but there are very minimal. Aqua south is a great place to live. Very quiet, you do not feel you are on a min street. Windows have double crystal panels. It is one of the best apartment I've lived in so far. It is quiet, clean. That is all I would need when returning home after a long day working. The tenants living here are quite friendly. The units are secured. The maintenance services is fair quick; I got issue with the restroom, informed the unit's manager. 2 days later, it was fixed. Thanks to the manager, Monica, she is doing great job to keep all good at Aqua South. It is convenient as her office is in the building, so we could reach her any time as needed. She is helpful. I've lived here for almost a year and I Love this place! Location is great literally a turn away from the 118 and the 405, and in the valley the closer you live to the freeways the easier it is to travel, commute, etc. Another thing I find somewhat unique about this place is that it's an apartment complex but the neighborhood makes it feels like your own house. Studio is nicely sized and the kitchen is much nicer than than most places. Definitely my favorite part of the apt. Recessed lighting that you can control the brightness on is also a nice feature. The only thing I would want is a bigger shower but in a studio there's only so much you can do. Monica is very nice as well and makes sure the complex looks up to par! My boyfriend and I have been at Aqua South for almost a year now and we love that everything starting from the room to the restroom and kitchen was newly remodeled before moving in. You have designated parking and easy access laundry room. It is conveniently located right by the 405 and 118 (which I take for work) and you are walking distance from various shopping stores and fast food places. The best thing that made it a deal for me is that its pet FRIENDLY! We looked at several apartments before settling for this one and many didn't allow any pets. The manager, Monica, is great! Super friendly and is always available in person or over the phone. Every time we've had a concern she always gives us a quick response. There's a laundry mat, a pool, takes, little resting area & the only way in is with a key. No complains. Everyone & everything is beautiful. Aqua South is a wonderful apartment complex. The community is very secure and well-maintained with quiet, respectful neighbors. My unit was upgraded with new wood-style flooring and recessed lighting shortly before I moved in, giving it a more modern look in addition to the newer appliances and large kitchen. Maintenance is hardly ever needed, but requests are taken care of promptly. Real Review time!! So these apartments will LOOK good but don't be fooled the company that owns them will violate your privacy with RANDOM INSPECTIONS which they're never specific about. The first time I was inspected it was supposedly by the city where the inspector decided to harass me about a brand new extension cord I'd purchased from CVS he didn't show me a regulations or standard that stated what was wrong in the first place but told me he'd be back in 30 days to see if I got rid of it like I'm a CHILD. The city inspection is supposedly conducted every 2-3 years but HELLO SOMEBODY I just received a letter on my door letting me know moss & company is actually throwing in a 6 month inspection to go along with it. The crazy part is the apartment manager actually was there and witnessed the harassment then the inspector LIED saying extension cords we're EVERYWHERE in my apartment and the manager knows it was a lie but like a sheep she just went right along with it.. I also contacted moss and company about the harassment & they threatened me with a fine.. I'm a military veteran btw this just brings back the worst memories.. so move in if you miss living with your strict parents read more
