Navid explains everything into details especially if it's your first time here. He helps fluff the machines any time you need, he basically gives away the prizes for free; given the way he "fluffs" the machines, he makes it so easy, even a caveman can do it . Loads of different variety of anime figurines to multiple plushies. Points to exchange and upgrade prizes. It's also a Trading Card Game store now, the community that comes here is amazing. People are kind and compassionate, Navid welcomes everyone with his big smile and welcome. There's also a restroom, and changing table when your little ones have to go. All in all. In my opinion, this is one of the best TCG store in town, and the best and most helpful claw place in town, dare I say in the State. My husband and I took our two younger girls here last night for a little family fun, and this place was a banger! Came here on a recommendation from a friend, and we brought our kids - we love anime and Pokemon, and this claw place was amazing! Awesome plushy and blind box selection, plus they have gacha machines. Everything was high quality. Navid welcomed us in warmly and because it was our first time, helped explain everything, prizes, costs, etc. he was super helpful the whole time, offering us tips and tricks and helping rearrange items in the machines if they were all smushed together or poorly positioned. He was literally so kind! Music was on point too - lots of anime bangers! They also sell figures in their side room - super tempting but I was here for plushies! Our kids (and the adults too) had such a great time and everyone seemed to walk away with amazing plushies and prizes! It seemed a bit pricier than some other claw places, but it was easily worth it for the haul we walked away with! This place is amazing. The owner is friendly and nice to my kids. I've been to other places and left with nothing. It's the worst going in with no customer interaction.. losing all your money and getting nothing for the kids. The owner helps you out if needed. We try our best to get help but he comes around and notices and helps us out anyway. He makes sure to let us know to ask for help and now my kids don't hesitate to ask for help lol (reegeeerts) But it's also nice inside, I love the music and there's a section with gacha machines! These claw places are popping up more in Vegas but this one stands out in a very great way. Once we walked in we were greeted and since it was our first time there, he explained the process including the ability to trade in prizes to get what you wanted. He was so helpful giving tips and made it easier for the kids (and adults) to win and get their moneys worth. They have machines with plushies, snacks and toys. They even have a cool lounge with a couch and a selfie/photo room. If you have choices to bring the kiddos, definitely bring them here. read more

This is literally the best claw machine place in Vegas. The selection of prizes is great, very anime themed, things for boys and girls. My kids love going here. The staff is incredibly friendly and they WANT you to win. They give suggestions, reset the prizes if they are in a bad stop, and are just overall wanting you to win. They also have two rooms to hang out in. One is a photo room and the other is a place where you can hang and watch anime or play some retro video games. I had an impromptu kid birthday party here after it was too windy outside for our first plan. It worked at perfectly! The owner let us use the room to hang out and sing happy birthday. He mentioned to let them know in advance next time and they can set up the room better for us. It's not a very big room, but it worked perfectly for like 10 kids. This was the second claw arcade we hit up in LV. Thought it was small at first ( but quickly realized most places LV is about the same size). If you like anime, this is the place to go. It was a very anime theme store. They were playing anime theme songs and had a side room with anime figurines for sale. Had only one staff but super friendly and kind. I would say the machines are semi-hard but the staff would reset and help when needed. Overall I would give this place 8/10. read more

If you enjoy being ignored, overcharged, and emotionally manipulated by a glorified vending machine, boy do I have the place for you! The claw machine was rigged tighter than my last situationship, and when I dared to ask if it was functioning properly, the staff acted like I'd asked them to dismantle the entire machine with a spoon. The only thing I walked out with was rage and a deep sense of betrayal. Honestly, I've had better luck pulling Excalibur from stone than getting that claw to grab literally anything. Wouldn't recommend unless your idea of fun is watching a sad claw gently caress a prize before dropping it like your ex did with your emotional well-being. I was hesitant to come inside this claw machine arcade because sometimes it a hit or miss. Don't turn away, because this is a HIT! I came in here on a Saturday afternoon and it was pretty empty. I chose the $25 for 30 tokens. My daughter mostly picked the gachan machines these were three tokens each and a guarantee win. We attempted a few claw machines with no luck. At the very end the gentleman on the floor helped out and she was able to win one! It made her day and she had the biggest smile. When we left she said, "That guy was really nice." And he was.
