We follow Gacha Claw on social media and when my daughter saw they had Capybara plushies we just had to stop by! It is located in the SW on Rainbow & Russell in a plaza with plenty of parking. When we walked in we were greeted right away by the owner Navid who is awesome! We were the only ones there at the time and he took the time to talk about the arcade and explain the tokens, trade-ups and the machines. He pointed out the lounge room and the cute photo room where you can use your phone on the stands to take pics. There were a lot of machines that vary from plushies to snacks to figures so there's something for everyone. Tokens vary from 1-3 tokens per machine. My daughter had her eye on the Capybara and the Aoxlotl. Navid was nice enough to give us tips and went as far as helping her to make sure she got those prizes! We could tell how passionate he is about his business and took time to talk to my husband about it as well as gave us tips for traveling to Japan. Can't say enough about his awesome customer service! It really makes a difference when the employee was engaging and giving the kids tips for how to win prizes. The place isn't that big, but there was enough variety in the types of prizes and games.
