I reached out via email through their website and got a quote for the repair and confirmed payment and scheduling options. Toni showed up not soon after and and my screen replaced in less than 15 minutes. Phone was 4 years old and Apple wanted almost $350 to replace just the screen. I had it done for less than half that! It's not reporting as a genuine apple part but it works perfectly fine and since the phone was paid off years ago and well out of warranty it doesn't bother me as long as it keeps me in business. I am absolutely shocked at the poor quality, I asked for a lense repair and he ruined my whole camera. There is a glare because he used windex on my screen I asked him to fix it and he refused. There is also glass shards that are in my camera lense moving around.
