Circle Park was able to squeeze us in on a Saturday as they had a last minute cancellation. We're so incredibly glad we went when we were starting to hit a wall for the day. The location: far North Dallas (maybe even Plano?) located in private lot which looks like a house converted into the gorgeous boutique. It looked so homey from the parking lot we were getting excited to walk in. Service: we were instantly greeted with smiling faces, even though they were busy with tons of appointments and clients. We never felt like we were a burden. Addie made us feel so comfortable while she scouted for dresses for the bride to try on and, we fell in love with the very first one. It was as if she read my sister's mind. It was perfect! Addie also explained so much about the bridal dress industry and alleviated so many stressors about time and tailoring. Dresses: The variety of dresses were endless! Most were on the pricier end but they seem to accommodate all kinds of budgets and styles. We were so glad to find the "one" and ordered it on the spot. I had such a wonderful experience finding my dress here! This was one of the few stores that actually carry Oksana Mukha gowns, and unlike other boutiques I contacted, they were so responsive and transparent from the very beginning. I really appreciated that the dresses they listed on their website were ACTUALLY available to try on in person (not applicable to every store, surprisingly). Hannah was my consultant and she was amazing! She gave thoughtful feedback and helpful suggestions without ever being pushy or overbearing, which made the process so enjoyable and stress-free. If you're looking for a beautiful selection of gowns, clear communication, and a genuinely supportive experience, I can't recommend this store enough! Wow!!! I would leave 10 stars if I could. My experience at Circle Park was nothing short of spectacular. My wonderful stylist Sharon truly made my experience unforgettable. She was so kind, caring, joyful, and patient. She had such amazing suggestions and was so great about tailoring each set of dresses to what I liked. Sharon and the whole team at Circle Park were so welcoming, fun, and made the entire experience super stress-free. Having so many options of dresses to try on can feel overwhelming, but I never felt an ounce of pressure the entire time I was here. Sharon's gracious attitude made all the difference. I made an appointment to get my dress for 6:15pm. Online the appointment was scheduled to last 1.5 hours. I live over 2 hours away so I needed a later time to allow my special people to join me for this event. The day of my appointment I received a call mentioning I was their only appointment of the day and I could come in early if it worked with my schedule. I was able to get there at 5pm instead of 6:15pm. During the whole process I felt very unwanted. Nothing made me felt needed or seen. This was my first dress appointment so I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for. While trying on different dresses the associates made me feel bad for having them pull multiple choices. After an hour went by I finally said yes to my dress. While signing papers and finalizing my sizing and price, the associates turned off the music, turned off the lights, and were all standing at the entrance waiting for me to depart so they can head home. This was at 6:30pm, only 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment. I have never felt so rushed, especially after spending thousands of dollars within the establishment. When I go to pick up my dress I guess I will have to make it an opening appointment so this doesn't happen again. I'm extremely disappointed, and honestly would've rather gave my money to a different company that made me feel welcome. read more

I didn't know what to expect as my first dress boutique. I told them up front I am not one to buy dresses because I don't wear them. I let the shop know ahead of time that I want lace and Stevie Nicks inspired, and sleeves. Stephanie did NOT disappoint. Pulled all the dresses with my idea. Needless to say, made it hard to narrow down to 3 every time. Stephanie was so pleasant and fun and understood my large chest problem. My daughter & I, with her friends & family went wedding dress shopping last weekend. We took the advice we had gotten and went to Circle Park Bridal. We had a nice experience and she found her dress. ;-) . Everything was great up until the end. I wanted to post our experience to give everyone else a heads up to verify pricing visually because unfortunately we were lied to multiple times. We had originally told them our budget was 1.5 - 2k. Towards the end I let our sales associate, Hannah, know that we could go up to 5k but that was our limit. When my only dd found 'the one' I asked Hannah 4 different times how much it was and was told each time it was 4k. My dd even asked her and was told the same amount. When I went to pay for it, it was 6k. I asked Hannah how did it jump from 4 to 6k? Hannah told me it was tax and shipping. I was surprised, but the last time I bought a wedding dress was 30 yrs ago. Being caught up in the moment, I failed to question it further. When I got home I saw that we had paid $0 for shipping and that the dress price was actually 4.8k. I had given Hannah a 20% tip. This afternoon I called and spoke to Kip, the owner, and explained what happened. Kip was very courteous and I was able to adjust the tip down to 10% to help compensate for the much higher dress price. I explained that Hannah's customer service was not the problem and that if she had just been honest with me we still would've gotten the dress and she would've gotten the 20% tip. Kip said she would not pull Hannah aside but instead speak to the sales associates as a whole. IMHO, I think she should pull Hannah aside (obviously not in front of the group) and explain to her that her actions affect the character of the shop when associates are dishonest. For me, it just tainted the experience and made it feel a little more like a car sales shop then an intimate exciting moment. I just wanted others to go in with eyes open and be sure to visually see the prices and have the sales assoc walk you through all of the costs line by line so that you have a clear understanding of what your total will be before paying. I should've have done that, instead of allowing myself to get caught up in the excitement. Lesson learned..... read more

Came in to pick-up a dress for a loved one who was out of town (they have a fee if you don't pick-up the dress within a couple days) - which one would assume would be simple, even had an appointment. However, i was left waiting and the employee(s) seemed confused as to why I was there despite telling her I had a pick-up @ X time. Came here to try on an order my bridesmaid dress for a wedding I'm in this October. Unless you know the place you are looking for you can easily miss it. I missed it twice! Upon entering I was greeted and checked in. There was another bridal party still being helped. While waiting for the bride I was able to read the COVID-19 signs about washing hands and wearing masks. The store was small but cute. I seen 2 dressing rooms near the bridesmaid area. We ordered our dress with rush shipping. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful during the process. I was only here as a maid of honor but I had the opportunity to witness my friend' wedding dress shopping experience. Even through the Covid-19 mess, the staff was extremely helpful and safe. All we're wearing masks and kept brides with different appointments at a safe distance. The bride had kind of an idea of what she wanted, and the staff did an excellent job of pulling dresses that looked good on her and fit her needs. They were patient and knowledgeable about the dresses and potential alterations that could be made. I regret the day I walked into this place. I purchased my dress from Circle Park Bridal in March. I worked with Haley. I explained to Haley my concerns when choosing a dress. I didn't really want to get a strapless dress because of support/coverage. Haley, reassured me that when my actual dress arrived this would not be an issue because the dress would fit to my body and my breast would be secure. My measurements were taken and I was told that my measurements were almost identical to the designers measurements (.5inch difference in hips and waist). Haley never suggested that I order a size up just in case I needed extra room. I was told the dress would be ready in July -- it arrived in April. I made an appointment to try on and pick up the dress. I tried the dress on... it's far too tight. The measurements had to have been off from the beginning. The bust area was NOT secure at all. I spoke with the Owner of the shop who was NO HELP at all. This shop took no responsibility for anything. The owner stated that she was going to call the designer to discuss a possible exchange. I highly doubt the call was made. She came back gave recommendations on places to get the dress altered but didn't offer any discounts for the inconvenience of being misinformed. The service was poor. There was no empathy. I thought by paying for the dress in full on the day I ordered it was the best thing to do. I wish I would've waited because there's no way I would've paid the balance until they made things right. I wouldn't send my worst enemy to this place. Go elsewhere, if you do choose this place get measured twice by two different people. I am still searching for a new dress and trying to sell the one I got from them. I just happened to walk in here to find a veil and was beyond lucky to find my dream one there waiting for me and-- affordable night I add! I was greeted by Kayley, and I will say she was wonderful from start to finish! Give this gal a raise! I had already purchased my dress in NJ where my wedding will be and had decided against a veil. However, after weeks and weeks of thinking about it, I changed my mind and decided I wanted one. She was very knowledgeable and helped me find the perfect one to match my dress- based on the photos I was able to provide. She had estimated about 3-4 weeks for it to come in and what do you know, literally 10 days!!!! Absolutely insane! If I had purchased my gown in Texas, I would absolutely have gone here. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The staff was very friendly and supportive, but honest. Which is super important when purchasing any gown let alone a wedding dress. Hope was a life saver and obliged my unorthodox requests! I had went in to do some dress shopping with some bridesmaids before my grandmother, who was purchasing the dress, came to town. I found 4 dresses and asked her to put them aside and pretend it was my first visit when we came in the following week. She didnt even bat an eye and went with the flow. The space is very cozy and intimate even with the other brides trying on dresses. The consultants truly do give you 1 on 1 attention. There is an amazing selection of gowns for every budget! From couture 10k dresses to sample gowns that can be taken home that day for under 1000. The turn around time depends on the dress and designer but mine was ready and in the store in a week! This was the second place I went to try on wedding dresses. I had a small idea of what I wanted in a wedding dress, but overall, I feel like I didn't really know. Priscilla, my stylist, was the best! And her helper that was in training (I'm sorry I forgot her name!) Even though I wasn't sure what kind of dress I wanted, she went off of what I was able to tell her and she pulled really beautiful dresses. At first I was hesitant because I didn't get to choose any of them, but based off my reactions from the first dresses I tried on, she pulled ones that fit my taste. I'm pretty sure I liked almost every single dress I tried on (which really differed from my first stop because I only liked one of them). When it came to deciding whether I should get THE dress, it took me forever because it was such a big purchase, but Priscilla never made me feel pressured. Since the dress I was interested in was from the trunk show, I had to decide right then, so def was a bit stressed. However, she was super patient with me! I'm so glad I decided to come here and I can't wait to wear my dress in a couple of months! Overall, would SO recommend coming here. Prices are affordable in comparison to some boutiques around the area. Only thing I would say I did not prefer was having the dressing rooms all facing each other. When I came out to show my friends different dresses, it was a bit awkward since everyone else in that space would turn around and look at me also. But I'm so grateful that we came to Circle Park, because my stylist Avery was a HUGE blessing!! She was wonderful at listening to me and my opinions. There's days I wish I had listened to the bad reviews on Yelp and today is one of them. I would NOT recommend coming here. I came here to look at bridal gowns. The woman who helped me was very nice. The women who helped her after I picked out a dress not so much. They made me feel like they were trying to rush me out of there. They only measured me in 3 places-bust, waist and hip to toe. I didn't know how wedding dress sizing goes but that didn't seem like much for measurements. I mentioned I'd be losing weight for my wedding so I'd be a little smaller when I got my dress. The lady actually said to me "brides say that but most don't really lose the weight." I just stared at her shocked she had the nerve to say that. I got an email a few days later with the details of the dress I purchased. It was for a size 10 dress. I panicked because normally I'm a 2-4. So I called in and asked someone to explain to me why a 10 was ordered for me. The lady just said "that's what size you are." No it's not. I told her I'd be happy to come in and get resized. I didn't want to get a dress that was too big and end up getting it altered so much that it loses shape. She passed me off to the manager who offered no help. He just said the same thing "that's what size you are." He's never seen me so that's clearly just his blanket statement. I was finally able to get a call back from the woman who helped me the first time. She explained to me that sizing of wedding dresses is different than normal dresses. She said you typically order a wedding dress two sizes larger than your normal size-that's just how the sizing is. So if I'm a 4 I should have gotten an 8, not a 10 like they ordered for me. It's been 4 months since I tried on my dress and I'm down from a size 4 to a 2. So that snotty woman was wrong and I was right. I called in to find out why my dress wasn't in yet. I was told it would be in by the middle of April. It's now May. The woman I talked to on the phone told me it wouldn't be in till middle of May. I asked why the date change and she said "that's how it goes." How what goes? She wouldn't give me an answer. I asked her why I wasn't notified of the change and she said "we have to log into the system to see any changes." Ok genius why did no one log into the system to see there was a change and call me to say "hey there was a date change" That way i could bump back my bridal pictures and everything else scheduled? Again her response was "that's how it goes." Clearly this is their blanket response for everything because they can't admit their screw ups and have no process in order to keep track of clients orders. Once you order you just have to hope and pray you one day get your dress. My mother called up there on May 16th to check on my dress and they said it came in on the 4th. She asked why no one contacted me. The woman said "we get busy sometimes." Ok so why did no one call us the next day or the day after that? Her response was then that someone attempted to call me. I checked my call log after my mom told me this and there was no call from them on the 4th nor was there a voicemail. So i called up there and asked them to explain why no one had contacted me when my dress had been in for almost two weeks. Her response "thats just how it goes sometimes." I am so tired of hearing that response. Its an excuse for them being lazy and having zero customer service. Aside from not calling you, they claim you'll get a text reminder about your appointment. Never got one of those either. In addition I paid $150 on top of the dress total to have them measure the dress so it would be the length of my waist to floor in my heels. We measured the heel height and got me shoes very similar. They assured me I wouldn't have to do any alterations on the length of the lace since I had it pre measured. When I got my dress it was 3 inches too long. Why did I pay $150 to have the length measured exactly if it was going to come too long anyway and I was going to have to pay more to get the lace taken up? They are really sneaky. Don't let them take additional money from you for things like this. I would never recommend getting a dress from here. They are very unprofessional, very unorganized and extremely lazy. Go elsewhere for a dress and I'm sure you'll have a much better experience. read more

I've been to about 5 different stores to try on dresses and I have a couple of things to say about the precious reviews ( idiotic) . First of all- it's funny how some people say "how rude she went IN the dressing room with me and helped me change" really? And then another will say "I can't believe she just handed me the dress and stood outside the curtain". I am a very shy modest person and it sucks putting a heavy dress on by yourself. I actually had to stand in the dressing room at davids bridal and knock on the door and wait forever while the guy was done texting to help me. (Or my sister would help) So I welcome someone inside the curtain assisting me while my mom could relax. But here's an idea, as it is quite evident, everyone's preferences are different so how about MAKING IT KNOWN what you want before you get started? This goes for any appointment. "Excuse me, I would prefer if you stood outside the curtain and then came in" or vise versa. People aren't mind readers! Those reviews just blow my mind. Second- no you cannot take picture and yes that is lame, but you know what? A dress that you love will stay inside your mind and you cannot forget it. I left and came back two days later because it's all I could think about. So relax. Third- yes they give you hand wipes. relax, they do it to everyone and stop taking it personal. I would say of all the stores this had the nicest quality, not dirty, not smudged with make up like the others. It's nice to try on a dress that looks close to new. I looked at some dresses at other stores and grimaced at how dirty they were! The sales staff is not the most smiley-no- but I went in several times and they were so helpful. Good at advice, very obliging. Maybe it's refreshing to not have a sleezy sales lady pressuring you and picking out dresses way over your budget and telling you to hurry or you won't get a dress in time. Go figure a place that actually respects your budget. If you are willing to go 1,000 over then that is prob not your max budget. I know mine was pretty set in stone give or take a couple hundred and that's it. Bottom line- if you looking for good quality dresses to try on, a nice atmosphere (nice set up with couches and mirrors), helpful staff , this is the place for you . The nicest boutique I visited and luckily ended up finding my dress here too. Came in on a weekday, which was nice as it wasn't very busy to try on bridal gowns. Consultant was nice, patient, and listened to what I was looking for. Ended up with a possible contender that I liked but wasn't completely in love with. Was told that it might be modifiable as the designer works with some customization. Said that she would find out for me and would follow up. I ended up not hearing back from her. Another negative that I didn't like was that the store didn't allow photographs. Every bridal store I've been to has allowed pictures because I think it's important to see how the dress looks in photos. I said yes to the dress here and it was a wonderful experience! This was my second time trying on dresses so I definitely had a better idea of what I wanted. Before the day, the consultant reached out to me via email to kind of build an idea of what I wanted. I'm not sure if they look at this really but they had a small questionnaire for you to fill out when you arrive. I think the most important thing is that you go on their website and screenshot or write down the dresses that you like and to be clear of your price point because they definitely respect that. I went on a Saturday morning and was one of the first ones in the area. It's a shared area so you have a private dressing room and come out on the platform with all the other future brides so it definitely gives me "Say Yes to the Dress" TV show vibes, which makes it all the more exciting. I think my consultant's name is Britney. She was WONDERFUL! I shared her my pictures and the vision I had and she took my phone and gathered up all the dresses I liked/thought I liked. She definitely made it a wonderful experience and made everything look beautiful. She even got different fabric swatches out to make sure I was satisfied with what I asked for. I wish for every bride to have the same experience I got here. Everyone was lovely. They all worked together and made sure to look through the store to find the perfect dress for me. This was my 3rd bridal store I came to and honestly it was the one I was most excited for. Unfortunately the experience was not as great. The young girl at the desk who greeted us was very kind and sweet, and eventually told me she was going to be my stylist. She went through the rundown and asked what I was looking for. I have a very specific style set in mind and i had spent hours on each bridal store's website and screened shot the dresses I wanted to try on with the product numbers. So a few were over my budget which was to be expected because I lowered my budget to 2,000.00. A lot of their sample sizes were under a size 10. Which going in I knew weren't going to fit but I had been at other shops that made the dresses atleast look like they fit from the front. I honestly believe this stylist was new, everything I tried on she didn't clip properly and each dress just looked like a potato sack on. When I finally decided to speak up a bit the manager did come in to politely offer assistance l, but you could tell the demeanor of the stylist changed. Neither one of us were really excited anymore and then afterwards I guess she decided to go to the plus size dresses and bring me back a few to try. I went along and tried on the ones she brought but they were so overly sized like over 18w that even with clipping you couldn't visualize what it would look like. (I'm like a 12-14) Now she did find one dress that fit me to a T. But it didn't have sleeves or the neckline I wanted. It was very pretty on but it wasn't anything that I wanted, I just felt like she was trying to push that one for me to get. Out of all the beautiful dresses they had I didn't put one on that I loved and I know that's how it goes sometimes. But out of my list I tried on maybe 1 dress the others they just said they didn't have anymore. Why have those dresses advertised on your website if you don't have a sample in stock? I wasn't a fan of the area where you came out, I felt it was so close together, and it was Saturday, that every time I came out there was a peanut gallery. Just didn't have that magical experience I had hoped for. Plus this was the first place that didn't offer beverages to the bride and bridal party. Now it may have been a different experience on a weekday but I don't know. The shop is nice the staff is nice just think I was given to the wrong stylist. I came here with my mom, mother-in-law to be and my best friend. We had an appointment on a Saturday morning. Upon arrival, I walked up to the front desk to check-in with someone who didn't look at me or smile at all. I filled out an informational sheet which was pointless because no one read it. We waiting in a small area with two large groups for about 15 minutes after the start of our appointment time. They seemed really disorganized and frazzled. Someone asked me if I had any dresses in mind. I am very organized and had already written down the product number of the dresses I wanted to try on from their website. I showed her the product numbers and she said "okay!" And ran off but didn't right anything down. When I got back to my assigned dressing area (which is shared with the two large groups). I had three dresses hanging up for me to try on....only one of them was a dress from my list of 6. I was really confused by this and now had to use the first 15 minutes of my appointment trying to explain which dresses I wanted to try on. My consultant was so nice and very sweet. I hate to be critical of her but for the sake of this review I have to say that she didn't understand the product they had in the store. I'm not sure if she was new or not but it all felt very disorganized. One of the dresses I wanted to try on was supposed to have straps on the dress but they were lost. I was really surprised by this. This dress is over $1500 and you don't have the straps to the dress for me to try on?? I was also surprised that she didn't introduce herself to my guests. I expected there to be champagne (or water at the very least) to be offered to me or my guests. But no such luck. It was really hot in there so water would have been nice. Even after the experience I'm describing I tried on a dress that might be the one. I felt so beautiful in that dress and the consultant helping me was so nice to let me marvel at myself for about 20 minutes in that dress and take all the pictures I wanted. All in all I'm not sure this is the store I wanted to purchase the dress at, but I wish I could give the commission to my consultant. read more

I flew into Dallas to go wedding dress shopping with my mom, dad, and sister. My sister had scheduled an appointment for Friday afternoon at Circle Park Bridal Boutique. When we walked in, we felt very unwelcomed. The sales associate seemed a bit snooty, and had me fill out a sheet stating the date of my wedding, and the estimated cost I wanted to spend on a dress. Then the sales associate gave us wipes to clean our hands (to not dirty the dresses). In my opinion, if you don't want people touching the dresses, don't allow them... She then proceeded to tell me what section I should shop in for my price-range, and discouraged me from another area because of my wedding date, which by the way was 5 months away... I picked 2 or 3 to try on. The sales associate stepped in the dressing room with me, which made me feel really uncomfortable. Then we weren't allowed to take pictures, which by the way, the dresses aren't that spectacular... I ended up not choosing a dress, and got out of there real quick! Being in retail (not even a bridal shop), here's a better way to make a sale AND allow the bride to find a dress-- Welcome the customer and the family with a SMILE. Seat the family and friends. Offer them anything to drink to make them feel comfortable. Ask what the brides wants/doesn't want/what her wedding will be like. SALES ASSOCIATE picks a few dresses for a YAH or NAH response. SALES ASSOCIATE pulls dresses for bride to try WHETHER THEY ARE IN HER PRICE RANGE OR A LITTLE BIT OUT! Help bride put on dress, but be outside the curtain instead of inside the fitting room! This chain of events would have made me feel more comfortable, excited to try on dresses, and buy a dress! Also, little does the sales associate know, I found a dress that was $1000 out of my price-range, but I bought it because I LOVED IT and LOVED the experience at a different bridal shop... read more

I went to Circle Park Bridal looking for a bridesmaid dress, because the retailer listed Circle Park as a location to buy. When we arrive it turns out they only carry bridal gowns by the retailer. We decided to browse anyways. No one offered to help us once we said we were there for bridesmaid dresses. We found a few we liked, but all were big on me and needed to be clipped to get the full effect. There was 1 bride in there and multiple people working, however, not one would clip me. Apparently they do not assist with bridesmaid dresses. One girl gave us clips and my sister tried her best, but we couldn't really make it work and had to leave. It was not a good experience and now that I am a bride I cannot bring myself to go back there even though it's like 2 minutes from my place. read more

This is a cute bridal shop, but the consultants need to learn that you catch more flies with honey than vinegar. I am a bridesmaid in my friend's wedding that lives in Phoenix and she asked me to get measured at a shop that carries Dessy Group dresses, which Circle Park does. I called on my way there on a Wednesday afternoon to make sure they could do it, and they told me that I needed to make an appointment. When I went back a few days later at my appointment time, I perused their cute boutique of gifts at the front of the store until there was someone available to help me. When I told the consultant my situation and that I just needed to be measured, she said she couldn't measure me until I was making a purchase through their store. I was quite shocked at her lack of wanting to help me. This can't be the first time they've ever come in contact with brides and bridesmaids that live in different cities! I can understand that they want to protect themselves from online competition, but guess what that requires - great customer service! What this girl didn't realize, is that I'm engaged myself, and was looking to buy a dress, shoes, veil, etc. and was planning to make an appointment with them another day to come shopping for myself. But after that experience, I will be spending my money at some other great bridal shops in the Dallas area. read more

My first visit to the store, I felt very unwelcomed. I just wanted to look around. They did let me however. I found a dress I really liked and left the store and made an appointment for the following week. Everyone was very helpful at that point. I did try on the dress and they lady clamped it on. I thought it looked pretty good. This was an off the rack dress so I got a really good deal! Way under my budget, it would just need to be altered...how much could that be? Hmmmm.... This is a bridal boutique. They are supposed to know wedding dresses. I trusted their opinion and I was assued the dress could be altered with no problem. I was concerned because the dress was a size 12 and I'm a size 2. Needless to say, the only good thing they did for me was recommend Maybe Sew. Leighanna was able to alter the dress, but it was just never going to look right. After I bought the dress I read an article that buying a dress way too big was one on the top mistakes brides make. I didn't know this but Circle Park should have. The dress was never going to look right or be right for me. I ended up paying alot of money on alterations...over triple what the dress cost and ended up having to buy another dress altogether. I would recommend this place only because of selection and location, but I would NOT expect any true or professional advice from the sales ladies. Take friends or whoever and do not buy a dress that needs to be altered down so much thinking you are saving money. read more

I dreamed of a store like this when I first started planning my wedding and can't believe it actually exists. The girls here are extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They have an awesome veil and accessories selection also. Another plus-- they didn't carry the third item I was looking for but they were more than happy to offer me names and places that may carry it. Love it! read more
