Horrible customer service, after washing my hair they told me not less than 48hours, it is horrible , called Michelle told me to go back to see she wasn't there and the 3 ladies were arguing with me (one was claudua who did it to me )till they made me cry in the salon !! I don't know what these bad reviews are about. This place is amazing, I stopped going to any other salon/ barbershop because of how satisfied I am every time. The worst keratin treatment I have ever gotten combined with disgustingly rude customer service by the receptionist, Michelle. After washing my hair for only the second time in 3 weeks following the keratin treatment, I noticed my hair had completely returned back to what it looked like before the treatment- a frizzy mess. I was even upcharged $30 by the salon for extra product used- a product that did nothing! I called to express my dissatisfaction and the receptionist, Michelle told me to call back the next week to schedule a time to come in. When I called back, I spoke with the owner of the salon who was actually nice and accommodating. We scheduled for me to come in that weekend to show them my hair. Two days later, Michelle, the receptionist calls me in the middle of the workday literally harassing me and telling me they've changed their mind and not to come in because they won't be refunding me and it's my fault since I waited too long to call. She had the nastiest attitude and tone and was horribly rude to a customer who paid $200+ for a service which did nothing. This would be crazy enough, but the fact that she did a complete 180 after telling me to come in is just appalling. She refused to let me speak with the owner and it was like a flip switched and I was talking to Ms. Jekyll and Hyde. She was practically yelling at me on the phone and berating me. I found Jessica on Groupon after moving here from NJ. I gave her a shot and boy am I happy I did! She's cut my hair fabulously and color corrected my terribly dyed hair. So when my daughter came to visit with her bleached damaged hair- 1/2 white and 1/2 brown with a visible line, Jessica and the staff consulted and came up with a repair plan. Now my daughters hair is perfectly dyed a pleasant pink hue and she is thrilled! I highly recommend Jessica and the whole staff! read more

I took a client in for an appointment with Bonnie and she was absolutely wonderful. She along with the other staff made her feel special. They lovingly washed her hair and then took time to make sure that her hair was styled as she liked it. This salon is so sweet! It is family owned and everyone is very friendly. I found it through groupon and was so lucky to get an appointment the next day. I was worried that I would end up with a not-so-great stylist since it was last minute, but I definitely did not! Annemarie did such a good job on my color and cut. She really helped me decide what would work best for me, something that other stylists recently have not been helping me with. My only complaint is the flourescent lighting! Must go! Fantastic salon and Francesca is great!! Very customer oriented, professional and family owned business. I arrived early and was greeted right away and was brought a fresh cup of coffee. Francesca was on time, we had a consultation and discussed what I wanted. Got a shampoo from a very nice young woman. Francesca took the necessary time to cut, style and shape my hair just perfectly. A while back I needed a quick "tune up" before a business meeting so I made an appt here as it is near my lunch spot Duffy's. Upon entering, the salon did not have that off putting, strong "salon smell", which was great, the place was also extremely clean and the staff were very friendly. I was given Jessica J. to work on me and she did a fantastic job ! She was very efficient, professional and a pleasure to speak with, also very funny.
