The gal says I dont want that one and puts some other choices in front of me. A $30 basic, a $40 regular, and a $50 option. I dont read rhe differences, i point to the basic. She explains that because i have some pink gel left from Feb, it needs to be removed and i need the $40 one Ok i say. When i pay, she says I owe more money. I got the regular PlUS a $10 fee to remove the gel and had to Pay $50! The gel popped off when the gal cut my nails, there was no extra work. So much for a $30 special!! Never ever ever again. I don't know why they advertise "facials" here It's a joke. It's nasty and gross and they should not allow anything but mani pedis, if that. UPDATE: They give good pedicures here for a good price but if you get tip and dip, DON'T get it here! After 1 week, my nails started cracking (and pulling my real nail so bleeding as well) right where the tip was glued (they only did 2 layers of dip, and in my experience, it should be 3 or more). I'm not sure if the tip wasn't glued on well or their dip powder sucks but this should not be happening at a week and a half! I've never felt such pain! LOVE the service here and adore my nail technician. It's a small salon in a pretty busy shopping center but has ample parking. You definitely need an appointment as there are only a couple of nail techs and they are always busy. My former nail technician moved to this location, and I followed her. I do wish they had cable TV or played music that wasn't the same song on a loop, but otherwise salon is clean, and the pedicure chairs are very comfortable. They have a wonderful selection of gel polishes and offer builder gel which I prefer to dip or other products on my weak nails. read more

I made a 10:30 appointment a week prior, drove from Clackamas for the appointment to be told I have to wait. 40 minutes later I'm finally seen. She kept saying my eyes are " difficult" when I have done extensions for years and never once had an issue. The lashes are uneven ( a barista even mentioned when I stopped by for coffee afterwards) they're NOT at all what I asked for and she rushed when her 1:00pm client showed up on my second eye. The lady went super fast and did such a sloppy job, she even started re painting my nails without fully removing my old gel nail polish. And got the polish way too far up on my cuticle. Worst experience. My wife decided to get a manicure and talked me into getting one too(I always did my own nails with clippers and a file). Boy, was that a mistake. One of my nails cracked and they didn't even bother filing it down. I had to get my clippers, once I got home, and finish what they started. My nails looked like someone did them with garden scissors(I'm not exhogirating). When confronted, lady hid somewhere in the back, and someone else made an attempt to fix one nail, keeps saying it looks good, what's the problem. This is insane, the worst service ever. I suffered excruciating pain during and after getting them done. I then proceeded to go to another salon to get them taken off due to worry that my real nail was going to fall off.
