I ended up paying almost 50 dollars (with tip) for a VERY rushed and NOT good gel manicure. My manicure consisted of getting my nails filed far too much (vs. other shops that loosen the gel first with tin foil etc-all the lady at Infinity did was use her electric filer) Now my nails are weaker (which ISNT what a gel manicure is supposed to do) plus she didnt even get rid of all my old (and more brightly colored) polish either so I have been carefull trying to get rid of that too. Bottom line this shop did a BAD, hastily done and REALLY overpriced gel manicure. There are FAR better manicurists in Battle Ground-they may not be as fancy inside but I prefer to have a good manicure vs. a crappy overpriced one so the decor was useless to me (except I suspect the high prices charged help pay for all the matching chairs and TV's blah blah..) Oh yeah and I discovered when I was paying they also do a two dollar surcharge ON TOP of me paying 40 bucks for a lousy manicure. NEVER AGAIN!!! read more

Did not like the service, nails weren't cut nor my cuticles (most places cut all that for you). My nails weren't filed right and shape isn't correct. They were in a rush it felt like, weren't taking time making sure the nails were precise. I was asked for payment about five different times in the middle of my session which was annoying and a little rude??? Sophia did my nails, don't recommend. Also, they charge you $10 for having the white kinda surround your nail for the French tip? which I've never heard about before them lmao. read more

Got a pedi - asked for clear polish. Not sure what she put on my toes but it looks purple and hardly like a polish. Did not clean my nails very well, and did not clip. I know I should have asked but I was working while getting my pedicure and didn't notice til after. I like how they offer you a drink and I usually have a good experience. But for $57 it was not worth my $. I have heard there's cheaper places around that I will be checking out the next time I get a pedicure! read more

Not only was it painful, now I have tons of little red cuts and swollen cuticle beds around my nails. I'm pregnant- the last thing I need to deal with is a nail infection. I always get nervous trying out a new nail salon because I am SO picky when it comes to the shape of my nails and the level of attention to detail I like... Quinn is my new go to gal! She did absolutely amazing! I asked for super thin green tips and she delivered. Without me even asking or mentioning anything, she reassured me that she would make my nails even in thickness and length-- which I thought was super kind since you truly never know when walking into a salon in battle ground unfortunately. I called while I was on my way in to make an appointment and I'm glad I did-- while I was in there they had to turn two parties away. So I recommend making an appointment if you can! Or be flexible with your time. Another tip-- bring cash for tip at the very least, bonus points for paying in cash (they charge $2 for card) I paid $55 for my french dip and it was well worth the cost! I believe regular dip was $5-10 less... so appropriately priced for a quality dip mani in my opinion. The atmosphere is peaceful... and clean. It really is a beautiful and relaxing salon. I enjoyed my time there and didn't feel stressed or rushed. Can't wait to get a pedicure next time around as well. They also offer you an assortment of beverages, including hot tea. Lastly, they had a ton of beautiful color choices for dip and gel! Which I always appreciate to bring the vision to life. I went in today with my two sisters (6 and 12) to get their nails done for the first time. The ladies in there are so kind, and did an extra design for free on my sisters (6) nails because she sat so still! She also put a rag over the uv light so that her eyes wouldn't get hurt. I had to find a new nail salon in Battle Ground since my previous salon was taken over by new owners that I wasn't happy about. I tried this place out as it's close to home and I'm so glad I did!! I did removal of old tips and dip to replace it with new tips and dip lol All for an affordable $45! Tina did an awesome job!! She also talks to you and made me laugh. Never have I ever. Heard of a nail place charging more to have your full set that is new a shorter length than what the nail tech cut to. I do remember that when you come in to get your nails done you get to pick your length or did that change???? Either way. Great experience, careful nail techs, clean and spacious salon. It smelled so good in here, and later found out why. They don't do acrylic nails here so you won't get that awful chemical smell, which I personally love since I don't do acrylic nails on myself. The massage was lovely and relaxing, lots of nail color choices, no complaints! Will definitely be back here again if I'm ever in the area and get the chance to come around here again. The place wasn't busy when we came, we didn't make appointments, so I really appreciated that too. The technician was very kind and got me in quickly after I called to see if they had time to remove shellac and do a regular manicure, but my issue is how thin she sanded my nails down to (they're really bendy and thin now) and then of course how the nail polish started chipping the same day and it's not like I stuck my hand in a pile of rocks, so that was disappointing. Maybe if I got a shellac manicure I would have had a better experience. On the flip side, I do commend them on their proper covid procedure with enforcement of hand sanitizer, signing a waiver, and taking my temperature too. It's been over 3 weeks since I had a pedicure here and my polish still looks the same as it did on the first day (and I had the regular polish, not gel). The mask and massage were really nice and they offer you a selection of aromatherapy scents for the lotions, etc... I have been going to Infinity Spa and Nails for mani/pedis for about 2 years now. Every visit has been outstanding. Their attention to detail cannot be beat. They are friendly and fun. Their work always lasts a long long time. Surprisingly they have a large screen TV on silent but shows a Chinese cooking channel that is very entertaining and heartwarming. There are just enough English captions to follow what is happening. Gentle music at just the right volume creates a relaxing environment. Oh, and the place is squeaky clean!!! read more

The pros of this establishment are The place is very clean Not to busy, so i was in a chair right away Very welcoming, they asked me if I'd like a free beverage while i was getting my nails done which was nice. But i think the cons outweigh the good. I went in for what i thought would be a fast gel mani pedi which should take only about a hour max. I was in the salon for 2 hours!!! There was only 3 workers in the salon at the time and i guess from my knowledge only one female worker does paint jobs so i had to wait about 5-10 minutes through each session till she was free to get my nails shaped and polished. The paint job was fair to say the least, but when i went to pay they charged me $28 for just getting gel on both my nails & toes totaling out almost $80 for express mani and pedi! If you don't care about how much you pay and like sitting in a salon all day this is the place for you! Probably won't be back with how high the pricing is. read more

Battle Ground has a surprising number of nail salons and at this point, for one reason or another I've been to almost all of them. So I feel completely qualified to tell you INFINITY SPA IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST The decor is lovely. The chairs are top rate, my back feels so good. I'm giving one star since we never actually got the opportunity to experience the salon services given the fact that we made an appointment & upon arrival were told we would need to wait 10 mins since we were 7 mins late, no big deal. Put our names on the list for them to call us & we sat in the parking lot waiting for a call, after 25 minutes we decided that was long enough & we left. It's been 45 minutes as of now & they still haven't called. The salon looks nice & clean, chairs were full, they have decent reviews. However, our first impression was far from what the other reviews state. We won't be returning to give them our business as this was such a waste of our time. read more
