I spent 2 HOURS in this nail salon and all i wanted was a full set with gel polish. The lady who did my nails was VERY SLOW and did not do a good job at all. my nails weren't shaped how i asked and she put way to much gel it was falling over my nails. When the guy took off the polish and reshaped my nails he was lecturing me on how i need to communicate better to someone doing my nails... which i was telling how i wanted them the entire time and my nails when he was done we're still WAY TO THICK and still not how i asked for them to look, that i went home and filed them down. There is also a lady who walks around and hovers over you and makes you feel VERY uncomfortable. Overall i will never recommend this salon to anyone let alone go back to this salon. read more

Don't Rush Your Customers Out The Door! It's rude and inconsiderate to keep your customer waiting for more than 10-15 minutes. This place is ok. I wish they were consistent with their work. You get better service earlier in the day when they're not as busy. During their busy hours you get very poor service / rushed service, wish I could pay them accordingly. In addition, they underestimate the time they will take if you're gonna wait. I wish they were more honest instead of saying 10min, when really you'll be waiting 30 - 40 minutes. So this is the first time in over three years I have gotten my nails done properly. I went to salon earlier in the day and they ruin my nails, so I found legacy nails on yelp. When I walked in upset bc my nails looked horrible, I was greeted & right away given 3 different options to achieve the nail look I wanted with NO PRESSURE to get the most expensive or quickest fix. Ryan really took his time to take off the crappy set & replaced it gently with the nails & design I wanted. He took his time and never rushed his work. I went in asking for ombre dip which should only take 45 minutes and I ended up staying for 2 hours and 15 minutes. Someone started my nails and put on the dip four separate times and between each time filed it all off... By the end of it my cuticles were sore. She eventually gave up and handed me over to someone else to do my nails because she couldn't. At this point I had been there for an hour and 45 minutes....just ready to leave because I was over it. Then someone else ended up doing my nails and they look good but it bugged that it took so long and two people to do a simple thing that I always get done. i don't think i would come here again. i recently moved to the area and only came here cause it's the closest one and i'm mostly exploring my options. it took a long time with poor results. the nail tech filed my nails so much they burned when she applied the gel, when i cured them, and then for the next couple days whenever i would wash my hands. she also didn't know how to do ombré and they look really bad in the sunlight, also got paint on my cuticles. didn't soak my hands whatsoever and her long nails kept bumping into mine it was hard to position them and then had the audacity to tell me to be careful. she couldn't shape them evenly even though i asked her to reshape them they still came out uneven. by the end i was so tired and wanted to go home i didn't bother telling her to reshape them another time so i ended up just shaping them how i wanted when i got home. i thought maybe i was overreacting until my friend told me my nails looked like trash. i think i'm being generous giving 2 stars. i'm just used to better nail salons i guess. read more

I want to say, new management is professional and is trying to provide good customer service to their clients - I really appreciate that. I've been there once, I think they are reasonable in price and they have a good range of color choices which is very important to be. With my experience, I feel the tech needs a little more experience but her work is not that bad at all, it's just not for me. I'm very picky. I would return if it were an emergency. Not satisfied at all. First time here and they wanted to charge me for every little thing. They charged me extra $5 for having my cuticle removed. When in fact it should have been part of the nail process. Then I went to get my toes done the same day and no foot scrub or anything. They just did my toes French tip and that was it. I was seated right away and the AMAZING nail tech I had took his time, asked what I would like, wasn't ANNOYED when I wanted a design...wasn't ANNOYED when that design was super intricately detailed. I am quite surprised with the negative comments because my experience was GREAT. This was my first time visiting this location. I went around 1:00 pm in the afternoon as a walk-in on a Wednesday, so during my lunch break, and I got sat right away. It was not super busy. I was greeted right away. I was asked repeatedly how my service was and if I needed anything else. They have over 500+ colors to select from, which at first made me overwhelmed. But one of the workers stood next to me while I picked my color and made multiple recommendations. I loved the nail color he recommended. I got gel on my toes and nails and was very pleased with the outcome. They even were nice enough to give me a 10% off discount for my birthday. I will for sure be returning again. Best set of acrylics I've ever had! I've seen other girls acrylics and wondered where the heck they went to get them done cause mine NEVER turned out that well when I got mine done. HOWEVER, THE REASON IT ISN'T 5 STARS is cause Im a little salty about the lady who dis my pedicure. I had a very mild ingrown toenail that Ive been dealing with that simply just needed to be lifted and stuffed underneath so it wouldn't get worse...HOMEGIRL CUTS THE INGROWN SIDE ALL THE WAY TO THE BASE OF MY TOENAIL, so now its pretty hecking infected and I wanna cut my toe off. Pedicure was however pretty and she put these things on my legs that looked BUT DID NOT SMELL like gello shots. They felt nice. But still pretty grouchy about my toe cause its on my driving foot and i have a 3 day drive coming up for a big move and my butt butt sister packed away the neosporin and band aids. 10/10 would recommend unless you have a very mild ingrown toenail...in that case DO NOT let them anywhere near your feet. read more

I was told the gel manicure was $22 but when it was time to pay the owner told me I owed $27 because they charged me for taking off my gel polish. I've never heard of a nail salon doing this and found it very ridiculous. If she would have told me right off the bat I would have gone elsewhere. Won't be back. read more

I literally showed a pic of exactly what i wanted, he said he couldn't do that design. so i asked if someone else could, and they said yes. I have gotten my nails done here before with an older lady and they used a dark brown color on my nails i absolutely loved. I asked for the same color and he kept bringing out a light brown, COMPLETELY DIFFERENT from what i was asking. I asked him 4 times to make it darker and all he did was paint over it again maybe twice. I ended up saying forget it. i scratched the entire design i wanted on my nails and got a completely different color. And not to mention he couldn't even get the almond shape right, my nails were bumpy and uneven. Actually a horrible experience. read more
