The regional manger(who they said was the only one who could solve the issue) kept telling customer service he called me, when there were no missed calls or messages on my phone. And they had my correct number. After spending a total of $879.81 for the tire and installation I expected better customer service. This is not the first time I used a Mavis store, but it will be the last.
