Do not go here! (I would give it -5 stars) I am a nice person. I don't have unrealistic ideals for how my experience should be anywhere but this place was disappointing, rude, and down right uncomfortable. My experience was so horrible I don't know where to begin! The office: was awkwardly set up, the equipment was archaic and I felt like I was walking into a scene from a horror movie when the Dr brought me into the exam room. The staff: there was one nice woman working. The other woman was short, rude, unfriendly with absolutely no charisma. She misquoted me for my contacts and was very rude to me about ordering through an online company. She made me feel cornered and borderline harassed by the way she handled the situation. The Dr is nice enough but he talks almost too fast to understand didn't ask any questions and I felt like cattle being shoved off to the slaughter house. He was just downright awkward and it was very uncomfortable. I have had bad experiences at various places over the course of my life but this is by far the worst. My family and I will be finding a new Doctor and I would highly recommend you do not go here. read more

I was told by the receptionist that I had to take my almost 2 year old son outside while his dad was getting his vision check because he was throwing a tantrum and "it was too much". I understand that a screaming child is annoying but there was no other customers in the building, it is 80 degrees out and he's not even 2 yet.... how about giving a mom a break instead of making her life harder. Will def not be returning and will not be recommending them to anyone read more

I'm with everyone here. The most horrible eye experience ever!!!!! I felt like I was going to be killed!! I'm so upset because I have had the best eye doctors for years. Very awkward doctor, I felt so uncomfortable there. They charged me for my contact examination but didn't even examine my eyes! I had to go home to bring my old contact box so he could use the same prescription. Lazy in my opinion. Do not go to this dr. This was my last resort because I needed my eyes checked and all the really good places were booked until the following month. Ugh. So annoyed! read more

I've been going here for years for my kids and I really like it. Yes the doctor is an odd duck, but he's a really nice guy, just socially awkward. The office girls are mostly really nice, I've never had an issue. My daughters glasses broke a month after the 2 year warranty expired, and the doctor ordered a new set anyway and I only had to pay $17 out of pocket. He didn't have to do that, and he gave me the old pair for parts. My kids recently got contacts, the ladies teaching the kids were extremely patient and nice. I've been a patient here for years off and on (I moved out of the area a few times), and always get quality care and good prices. The office takes most insurance, and has an ambiance that feels personal and not like you're just a folder (the doctor actually seemed to remember me after an absence of many years, in spite of the many people he sees daily). Denise from the office staff recently went out of her way to help me with an insurance issue, and got a problem rectified above and beyond what I would have expected. The office is a bit out of my way, but it's worth it because of the reasons I've highlighted here. read more
