Cameron was dispatched to pick up the car and as I requested called to let me know he was on the way so I could give my friend a heads up. Being elderly she is cautious about who she allows in her place which is understandable these days. anyway I was on the phone with her when he arrive. she said he was very polite and even assisted her in getting down the steps and held his arm out to make sure she didn't fall. he got the car started and loaded. Before he left he made sure she was good. He called me once the car was at the dealership. it is very nice to find people who genuinely care about the customer. The original bill was $3,700, and the final bill ended up $3,240, leaving me to pay $2,240 out of pocket. Both my insurance and the other insurance involved felt the charges were high for the service. I also attempted to settle directly with the company before considering further action, but my offer was declined. Based on my experience, I feel the charges were higher than typical towing practices in the area.
