He asks for money upfront, and then asks for more money, and then never shows up to finish the job (in our case painting/sealing our new fence that we had already paid him for). 2+ months over due and it still not done. He rarely responds to texts or calls (once he has most of your money and most of the work done). We asked for our remaining money back so we can paint our new fence ourselves since he never shows up and when he actually responds, it is to put us off yet another week, or two.
