Cutwater Gin And Tonic With Veggie Wrap

Has to be kind of a stretch to call this a restaurant but it actually is. It's more like a convenience store but you can place orders and have food made. Galleria Market is a place to do grocery shopping and have a bite. Kind of convenient. The prices are pretty high on a few things. Basically it's a convenience store but it makes kind of fresh food. It has a deli with Boar's Head. There's also menu items that don't have meat. Falafel is an example. The prices on the groceries are pretty high. Forget about going here for shopping and just stick to the deli. The sandwiches aren't the best but these are okay. Convenient to get a deli item. It just has kind of high prices. The actual grocery part is even more of a ripoff so just avoid that stuff and stick with the freshly made sandwiches.

Great paninis and other sandwiches, quality Boars Head ingredients, friendly competent service, a grocery store full of drink selections, reasonable prices for the location. Great spot for breakfast or lunch. But it ain't trying to be Foxtrot. The unfinished space has all of the charm and ambiance of a free clinic. The bad reviews are a reflection on the reviewers IMO. Aside: I posted a hi-res pic of the menu board. Yelp compressed it to the point that it's unreadable. FAIL, Yelp.

My first thought of Galleria was that it was like East Coast Bodega masked as tiny Midwest Market. They got the juice they got the juice; munchies too, goods, liquor, and food in the back. This is a one stop shop to getting what you need on a Friday night or on a weekday afternoon. Service is straight, ambiance is mini market. Priced as you would expect in boogie River North. I ordered a southwestern Panini and it was flame! I'll definitely be back to try other menu items.

Paid $4.99 for a soon to expire kombucha. Shoot.

It's raining and I wasn't in the mood to hike the few blocks to the Subway - and I had street parking paid for 15 minutes- so I stopped in for a sandwich. A few vegetarian options. The pepper jack cheese has a nice kick to it, overall it was a good panini, but priced high. The sandwich maker man was very slow and it took a long time to get my sandwich. The check out man was brisk and didn't offer a receipt. There are a large number of coolers with drink options. I got a kombucha, trying to be healthy. Ugh, and I just realized that my $4.99 bottle of kombucha expires soon-better drink up.

I was looking for a quick and convenient spot for a week day lunch and this place fits the bill. My chicken club panini was quick and fresh - perfect avocado! Will come back to try soups and more of the sandwiches. Service was friendly and helpful

This place is great, nothing else needed to be said. Both breakfast and lunch sandwiches have something special to them. The sandwich gurus will brighten your day and your wallet will thank you!

While we had originally gone there for bagel sandwiches, it was past noon and they were sold out (just means I have to go back now). The latkes were the perfect side that we ordered and the corn beef was so juicy. The sandwich practically melted in my mouth. It was consumed rather quickly and the perfect amount of sauerkraut and dressing. This location is small, but we were luckily able to get a table inside. Just writing this review my mouth is watering and I just know I will be coming back here during my many visits to Chicago!

Two of us shared a half pound pastrami on rye with a side of hash browns. The rye was pretty decent but the pastrami was sliced far too thick and the meat was lean. That is not a good thing when it comes to pastrami and I attribute the lean meat to the deli catering to its hipster-ish audience. Although the flavor was decent, the sandwich was dry and difficult to eat. We disagreed on the generously sized pickle. One of us thought the flavor was just right, the other not so much. We both agreed on the hash browns. It's a no-go. They were well fried but entirely unseasoned. I understand the lack of schmaltz but there was no onion or salt or anything else. Waffle House has nothing to worry about. (IYKYK) Service was fast and polite. The space is tiny, but it works. Prices are okay for this area but if you want traditional deli in Chicago, go to Manny's.

It was refreshing to come to a deli that didn't have an overwhelming menu. When it was my turn to order, the interaction felt very personable. The bread is sourced from D'Amoto's (IYKYK) ‍. The meat was thinly sliced but they didn't skimp at all. The hot peppers were the star of the show though. We enjoyed our subs and now have a place to add to our list for a new quick lunch. For the store itself, they have some odds and ends but many Italian staples. It came as a great recommendation! We didn't have it for a while since we live the low-carb life but were thrilled to learn they do a "sub in a tub". I love their tuna salad/sub. Their bread is soft, back when I could eat it. They don't overfill it with mayo either and add some mild peppers or hot on request. I like that they don't have onions at the deli so it doesn't overpower everything else. My husband typically loves the club. They rolled a generous amount into a container and I used scissors to quickly and easily cut it. It was a perfect lunch and I have enough for another tomorrow! For $8, or $11 for a generous tuna scoop, you can't beat it. Staff is also quick and friendly at the deli, as well as checkout.
