Pepperoni pizza - Large.
Mariela M.

Nice gem for a delicious meal. We stopped on our road trip and it did not disappoint. Pizza Dough was fluffy on the edges and the cheese was nice and gooey. Pepperoni was crispy and flavorful. Highly recommend! Diverse menu as well, with sandwiches and salads!

On our drive back from sonoma we stopped here to have a late lunch. Tldr: food is great, place is clean, prices are reason and food portions are gret. So is the service. Pros: Clean Friendly Food is very tasty Art on the walls is great ( they feature local artists) Food is made to order so fries fresh and bread toasty Cons: None Literally none dude, unless you dont want to wait more than 15 mins for food ( smol crew, its a smoll shop so you wait for good food. It is what it is). Server was very friendly, she even offered ice cups for the water we brought in from outside.

What a delicious spot in the middle of nowhere! I think about this pizza every day now! The dough was so fluffy and perfect. The pepperoni was good quality and crispy. Sauce was super tasty. The wings were good. Great flavor and crispy. I liked the spicy Chili more than the garlic parm, but both were tasty! The back patio was inviting. We really enjoyed ourselves! Definitely coming back!!! Great job guys!!!

Best wings I've had in a while!!! My husband and I shared a sandwich and wings. Both were great but the wings were just amazing. We had the BBQ sauce in the wings, they were nice and crispy. The ranch was very good as well. We were on a road trip and were a bit concerned as it is 5 miles off the 5 fwy, but DEFINITELY worth it!!!

Awesome little restaurant. The food portions are big and the prices are great. It's exactly 7 minutes from I5 and well worth the detour. Large delicious pizza was $17 and the sandwich w/fries was $11. Service was excellent and the bathrooms were so clean. They offer inside and outside patio seating. Very cool spot 10/10 hands down.

About 6 miles off the freeway you will come across this gem of a cafe. The sandwiches are tasty and the bread is perfectly toasted, with the right amount of crunch. The waffle fries were not soggy and very crispy. The staff are very sweet and kind. The art is fantastic. Give this place a try!

Salad here was so good and fresh

I enjoy coming here for lunch. I think I am going to start using the outdoor patio once it becomes warmer. The food, service, and ambiance are all really good here. They even have tres leches cake if you want dessert which I have not tried yet but they have it thee.

Friendly service. We came in close to closing hour and they were very grateful to have us over. The pizza was amazing. The salad see for yourself I didn't even want to eat it. Wings supper sauced and still crispy. Highly recommend.

One of the best Pizza's I've ever had. To me, the dough tasted like a multiple day rise. The dough was pillowy for my personal combo. Nice caramlization, and they had some awesome condiments to go with it. I liked the Habanero sauce on my crust. Then the Tres Leche cake to round it all out. To me, how a vanilla forward cake should taste like lol. Highly recommend; off the beaten path on the 5, but very good alternative to whats in Kettleman City.

Was looking for a place for lunch on the way back home to the Bay Area during a trip to LA. Found this place on Yelp and it had great reviews and the photos of the food looked good. It was a bit off the main thorough-way I-5, but was tired of eating at the normal fast food joints or typical roadside flair. Glad we dropped by as everything we ordered was really good! Cheeseburger had a nice charbroiled flavor, french fries were extra crispy with a light batter coating. The bread on the Buffalo chicken sandwich was soft with optional side salad with fresh lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, and onions. Breadsticks were more like a pizza with cheese, garlic, and butter, very delicious. With that in mind will definitely need to order a pizza next time. Even saw an outdoor pizza oven in the back patio. Also ordered a mango smoothie, so refreshing on a hot 95 degree day!

Hidden gem tucked way in the City of Avenal. Left the Interstate to check out thanks to fellow Yelpers. What a treat! The portion size is large so we all had leftovers. Recommend sharing if you don't want to have extras on the way. Patio seating spaced out for distancing. Take a five mile detour to stop by this hole in the wall if you want excellent food and great value while traveling on Interstate 5 in the Central Valley, near Kettleman City.

The pizza here is fire. 18$ for a large pepperoni , such a great deal. Good people and good pizza. Try it.

Food is always good tasting, and it's a nice switch up from the usual tacos and burritos that is usually found in the surrounding areas.

It took us 1 hour to get our food. Regardless of the wait, the food still tasted very good. While we were sitting down at the table waiting for our food, one of the workers came up and started a conversation with us, which was really nice despite how busy it was and was something that I have never seen before at other In-N-Outs. Definitely a spot to hit if you're on the 5 and looking for good food, but just beware of possible crowds.

I modified some items and asked for my fries to be crispy. When I got to the receiving window the first thing that was handed to me were the fries, which were white and soggy. I let Angelina know that I ordered them light well and asked if she could swap them to which I was met an annoyed face and attitude making me repeat myself 3 times and each time she asked "what was that?" With a condescending tone, it was as if I was bothering her. Not only were the fries soggy, I ate one and they were cold and stale...meaning they were definitely not fresh. While we waited for that to be done and received the rest of our order, we asked for things like water and spread, to which she did the same thing again. She had a raised eyebrow and annoyed tone and made us repeat ourselves 3 times with a mocking "what was that??" We get the waters and were missing straws, so again we waited for her to come back. When she finally gave us the new batch of fries I asked for straws and ketchup and the same series of annoyed faces and "what was that???" (3 times )was given to us. She rudely hands me the extra items and I tell her thank you very much and she just ignored me and turned around. I understand that INO is a busy place but thats no reason to treat a customer like that, especially when I was in no way rude in my interaction. & the store wasn't even remotely filled inside. All of us in the car were surprised she didnt even say bye have a good day or anything , we were just ignored after trying to be nice even through her shitty attitude. All that, and shortly we found a hair cooked into our fries .. :) so I dont really know what to say at this point. All I hope for is that Angelina gets confronted about her poor work ethic by one of the managers and hope that the hair was just a coincidence and not malicious by whoever she told to remake the fries. This is Popeye's behavior. Do better.

Quiet sweet woman behind counter, simple interior. Hubby got Carne Asada Burrito, I got chicken burrito and we split chips to go. 1. Both meats had perfect *chefs kiss* flavor 2. Rice was on point and fresh and fluffy 3. Tortillas themselves were fresh 4. Chips were made on spot and handed to us warm 5. Salsa that comes with burritos is perfect accompaniment 6. Pico de Gallo that comes with chips is classic but they elevated it with roasted jalepenos. Overall, perfect roadside stop in your way to coast. Had to leave a review for this little place that deserves more business. It's legitmately SOLID! skip subway, and get the good stuff.

In California, quite often when I visit small towns, I like to sample the cuisine in the area,…read moreespecially Mexican dishes. I often ask locals of what is the best authentic Mexican restaurants and with the city of Avenal having a large Latino population, the area has a few Mexican restaurants. I decided to try Taqueria "La Piedad", a small restaurant that was a little crowded during lunch time. Most of the locals were watching the futbol (soccer game), while I quickly went in to see how things looked inside and it's your typical small town restaurant. No flashy decor, small town vibe (without looking to '80s). Just a place to order and get some food or place to site back and dine and the restaurant has a good number of offerings including burgers. But I was definitely not there for the burgers, I was there to check things out and so I went for a chicken burrito. Reasonably priced at $6.50. For the most part, the burrito was delicious, but felt that there was more rice than chicken but perhaps that was just me expecting too much. So, for the most part, a good balance of rice, beans and chicken with cilantro. The burrito was delicious but looking around me, patrons were not ordering the burritos, they were going for tostadas and tacos it seemed. But overall, the quick visit to Taqueria "La Piedad" was good and if you happen to be in the area, definitely a place worth trying.

The Bravo Farms building (including this restaurant, ice cream shop, and abundant shopping. We opted for the tri-tip sandwich & the Cobb tri-tip wrap along with sweet potatoe fries. Unfortunately, the tri-tip sandwich was a little short on tri-tip, just a few thin slices on the roll. Their tri-tip wrap was heavy on the lettuce, but very tasty. And although we didn't think that we would be able to eat all of those sweet potato fries, it was a large helping, they must've been dipped in nicotine because we could not stop eating these. The place is a little pricey, and at least in the case of the tri-tip sandwich, not worth the money. The place is very clean & nicely decorated along with a pleasant outside eating area.
