On our way to universal Studio. My cousin stopped here to get us some food. I must say all 3 of us thought the food was amazing. It was warm and just super fresh. Taste better than back home. Customer service was pleasant. Now on our way bellies full.

You can't have a drive between norcal and socal without a stop at the Kettleman In-n-Out! Despite being a popular pitstop, this location is always clean, with friendly and has excellent and fast service. I will say while the food is just as tasty it does seem that even In-n-Out has been hit by inflation - my normal order of a single animal style cheeseburger with, extra lettuce, extra tomato, and toasted buns seemed a little smaller than usual, and less lettuce and tomato than extra typically gets. Despite that, you really can't beat the value of a quick meal at In-n-Out in the middle of a 7h drive, maybe I'll just consider getting a double next time

This In-and-out was super busy. We arrived after 8:30pm There was 2 bus loads of a high school kid's of Baseball players girls and boys. Plus another a Clovis High School students Talk about busy for Tuesday night After 8:00pm pretty much is closed out here Except Mc Donald's and In-and-Out But it was all about the food was so well organized Numbers were called and everyone was happy for burgers and fries and shakes We got food and ate in our car but we enjoyed our food

I hate to have to do this because I love INO and I have a sibling who also works with the company but, unfortunately this location needs to tighten up on their quality and attitude. I modified some items and asked for my fries to be crispy. When I got to the receiving window the first thing that was handed to me were the fries, which were white and soggy. I let Angelina know that I ordered them light well and asked if she could swap them to which I was met an annoyed face and attitude making me repeat myself 3 times and each time she asked "what was that?" With a condescending tone, it was as if I was bothering her. Not only were the fries soggy, I ate one and they were cold and stale...meaning they were definitely not fresh. While we waited for that to be done and received the rest of our order, we asked for things like water and spread, to which she did the same thing again. She had a raised eyebrow and annoyed tone and made us repeat ourselves 3 times with a mocking "what was that??" We get the waters and were missing straws, so again we waited for her to come back. When she finally gave us the new batch of fries I asked for straws and ketchup and the same series of annoyed faces and "what was that???" (3 times )was given to us. She rudely hands me the extra items and I tell her thank you very much and she just ignored me and turned around. I understand that INO is a busy place but thats no reason to treat a customer like that, especially when I was in no way rude in my interaction. & the store wasn't even remotely filled inside. All of us in the car were surprised she didnt even say bye have a good day or anything , we were just ignored after trying to be nice even through her shitty attitude. All that, and shortly we found a hair cooked into our fries .. :) so I dont really know what to say at this point. All I hope for is that Angelina gets confronted about her poor work ethic by one of the managers and hope that the hair was just a coincidence and not malicious by whoever she told to remake the fries. This is Popeye's behavior. Do better.

My favorite pit stop before reaching LA! It's really just a standard In N out, burgers are great. It gets really busy, even with their large parking lot you might not find parking at times. You do have to make three right turns to get to the place. The inside is quite lively for an in n out.

I frequently stop by this In N Out Burger in Kettleman City whenever I'm on an interstate 5 road trip going up and down California. This is a popular stop. When I last visited, there were a lot of customers, tables would be filled, and there's a line to order. The staff here are hard working, kind, and quick. The service here is great, as expected from experience at others in n out. I got the animal styled fries and hamburger with extra veggies. It was all delicious and standard, exactly what I'd expect from in n out. Best part is that the prices are still relatively affordable Overall, this in n out proves to be reliable stop along the i5. I'd come back the next time I pass by Kettleman City.

Stopped by here for lunch on the way to LA, and man, this place is packed for being in the middle of nowhere. But to be fair, have you ever seen an empty in-n-out? This in n out had a line wrapped around the building. Thankfully, we did not need to wait long to order, but, it took a long time getting our food. However, when the food came, it was well worth the wait because it was delicious! Highly recommend getting grilled onions with your order, even though it might take a few minutes longer! The staff also efficiently kept the tables and area clean, despite there being so many people. Props up to them! They were also one of the kindest staff too!

Very crowded but def my favorite go-to stop otw to socal. Burgers are exceptional and very reliable. Im very impressed that we only had to wait about 15 mins with the amount of people inside.

I use to work in a small cafe back in the day so working in food service can be trying sometimes. I noticed they have added some menu items and Friday/Saturday dining options as well. Today they had a Monday feature of Tri-Tip Sandwich with either fries or fresh fruit. A free drink was included and I chose lemonade with cucumber and fresh mint. OMG that was delicious. They also had several flavors, strawberry-Hibiscus, strawberry, raspberry, and the cucumber mint lemonade. I chose to dine in and I received my food hot. The fries were perfect. Crispy and not greasy. I chose a hot chipotle ranch & ketchup. Yah, being a vegetarian is hard. I wasn't vegetarian today. I tore up that sandwich and left no crumbs ok maybe the butt end of the roll but that's for Buddha. While waiting I saw the advertisement for Friday night dinners & Saturday Brunch with Mimosas & Micheladas. It's just two staff so go easy on them. They off a 3% discount if you pay in cash. They also accept tap pay. Cool tunes too. Until next time. . .SYOYelp

And then we asked for a cup of hot tea, and she hands us a clear plastic cup. I told her it would melt and she looked at me with such attitude, as if I said something offensive or inappropriate. They even have an ice cream shop, which is a nice bonus. The place is definitely showing its age, though. It looks pretty run down and about half the games and machines seem to be out of order. It's got a little less "Wild West attraction" and a little more "Wild West went out of business." The beer selection? Let's just say you won't get overwhelmed by choices. Then came the BBQ... somebody needs to check on that tri-tip because that thing was THIRSTY. Dry as hell and not much going on flavor-wise. Bring water for yourself AND the tri-tip. And the coleslaw... WHERE WAS IT?! I opened the container expecting coleslaw and got what looked like a tiny cabbage salad that had lost its will to live. No creaminess, barely any flavor, just a few vegetables having a meeting. The crispy fries actually showed up ready to work. Probably the MVP of the meal. Overall, it's a cool tourist stop with a lot to see, an ice cream shop, and a fun Wild West vibe. Stay for the fries and ice cream--just don't expect all the games to work or the tri-tip to have any moisture left in it.

I called about 20 minutes before we arrived and was able to skip the ordering line and go straight to the cashier. Our food was ready in less than 5 minutes. Definitely a good tip if you're stopping here. We each got a half-pound of brisket with mac and cheese for $18.99. The brisket was okay, but honestly, I expected more from Harris. I actually prefer Armadillo Willy's. Remember to ask for BBQ sauce as they don't give it to you automatically. The mac and cheese was worse than the blue box kind It tasted more like survival food. But the other sides didn't look very good either, and I need some kind of carb with my meat, so I guess you pick your poison. The biggest issue for us was the heat. It was like sitting in an oven. Even with the shade and misters going, it was still so hot that we only managed about eight bites before calling it quits. For about $20 a person, it's not a bad deal for brisket, especially from a gas station. But would I stop here again? Probably not. I just want to be able to enjoy my lunch without being slow-cooked too.

We have our cats with us so we were a little stressed out about how it was going to be, but they made sure that we were comfortable and we were in a really nice, large and clean room. I did think that the property is a little bit dated. They've done a good job with upkeep. The only issue I really had was that when I got out of my car there was a very strong animal smell. I asked at the front desk with that smell was, and they said that it was fertilizer that they applied to the fields that night. It was intense. We got up and we're back on the road by 5 AM. Since it's right next to Interstate 5, it is very convenient for t9ad trips doen California. When I initially looked up the restaurant, I was a bit confused because online it seems that they have 4 different restaurants, and I wasn't sure where they are all located. But we just went and followed the signs that said "Restaurant." When we walked in the main entrance, the first thing we saw was the Country Store. To the right is the Horseshoe Lounge, the Prime Steakhouse in the middle, and Ranch Kitchen is towards the end. I think they also have a barbecue restaurant, but in a separate building. This place is massive. We decided to dine at Ranch Kitchen, where there was a huge group of people sitting right outside. I originally thought they were waiting for a table, but they were all just there for the restroom since this seems to be the place to be for pit stops down I-5. It was around 6 PM on Monday, and we got seated pretty quickly. We ordered the 14 oz. Choice Ribeye (medium rare) and the Country Fried Steak. Both included either baked potatoes or mashed potatoes (we opted for baked) and broccoli and carrots. The ribeye also included either a soup or salad, but given the current scare with the lettuce parasite, I opted for the clam chowder. They start you out with hot bread rolls and some salted whipped butter. The ribeye was very tender and delicious. It was well-seasoned and does not need steak sauce or anything. The country fried steak was quite tasty and comes with a massive amount of gravy, the way I like it. Overall, this was a great stop with great food. The service was amazing and the waiter was very attentive. This will definitely be a regular pit stop of ours.
