We were thrilled to find a central location for my Dad's 90th birthday party that accommodated our ~85 guests. We booked several months in advance and planned to set up at 10:30 am for our 2pm start, so there was no rush or stress. We had no problems with access. However, I received a text the morning of the party that the balloon arch people canceled, but they were working to find a replacement. My sister arrived early to set up but couldn't find any table linens. It was only when I inquired that I was told that that vendor had also canceled. They assured me a backup supplier would be coming. I was also informed that the ice and drinks would be arriving between 1:30-2pm, while my party was supposed to start at 2!! The catered food arrived at 1:30pm as planned, but we couldn't set anything up because there were no linens. Guests started arriving prior to 2 pm, and NOTHING was set up. I asked them to make themselves comfortable at empty tables and handed out water bottles while we scrambled in our dresses! This was the first celebration ever where guests had to decorate their own tables! With everyone's help, we were able to get the party started at 2:45. This is hardly what I envisioned for such a special occasion. It was by far the worst party planning experience I've ever had compared to several company functions I've coordinated for over 400 guests! The floors could really use a deep clean, and the bathroom had an ick factor. Definitely could use help with cleanliness and esthetics. The pictures online are truly misleading. I suggest you have your own contingency plans and prepare for the worst, which is what I experienced, unfortunately. The $100 refund hardly covered the disaster and stress. read more

TABLES AND CHAIRS WERE PROVIDED WITH RENTAL. I recently reserved this space for a baby shower hosting about 100 guest and this venue was perfect. Tables and chairs are always an additional cost to hosting an event and The Gallery Creative Space helped provide a seamless solution by providing that service. The host was very responsive and supportive. The venue is conveniently located near food, party supply stores, and there was plenty of parking outside. This place could use more ventilation and access to more clean restrooms. It was hot and stuffy when we celebrated a friend's birthday. The room had black ceilings which also made the place a lot smaller. read more

Let me start off by saying that if anyone needs a spot for their birthday this is the spot. I threw my 24th birthday here and the owner was really accommodating, and we settled on a price we were both comfortable with. I had out about 50 guests and there were still a lot space left over. There are also plenty of parking so you and your guests don't have to worry about that. The interior lighting was probably one of my favorite things about the space. 100% would recommend.
